Why such condenscending attitude towards "item songs"?

Actresses do whatever they like to do. People watch whatever movie they like.

Why should one impose their opinion that one kind of role is superior. Some kind of movies are superior?

Audience don't care for these certificates.

no one is looking down at item songs

her chikni chameli was amazing..and even here if it was just suraiya song..it would be no complaints

problem is when you are one of the 'leads'..doing promotions..in the trailer..posters etc and get this little to do..it is disappointing and insulting

it would have also been fine if it was presented as a cameo..like her role in blue..but to present you as a lead with role less than cameo..that is a diff story
