I don't think she died during childbirth tbh, she must've taken her own life after finding out Mauli was indeed pregnant with Kunal. And the coward Nandu didn't have the balls to tell Kunnu so she then took her own life and probably has a note lying around Pari's pictures of how "worthless nandu is and how Kunal should go back to Mauli.

my reply to some other post -

no suicide.

kunal would be a shattered person if she had committed suicide..

and even if she had got to know then also her guilt would be not this much that she committed suicide..

lets wait for them to tell us..

The biggest mystery " How did Nandhini die?...😆...yes we also need to see that sad story lol. But there's no photos of nandu and pari even as a baby so maybe she died soon after. Maybe Rajdeep found her and killed her or maybe she died a few days after pari was born after some delivery complications or they will probably just make it simple like a car accident..I wonder if they'll show any scenes with nandu and Kunal before she died ..like a deathbed scene...but then DD will have to come back to shoot them
