Salman's interpretation of TJ's letter isn't wrong

So, I've read in a lot of comments here that Salman mislead KV and told him wrong things about what TJ wrote. That KV should've asked to see the letter because what Salman said isn't anywhere in the letter. .. Are you kidding me? I hadn't read the letter till just now and whatever Salman said was correct. He pointed out a few things from the letter, not everything yes, but it was all FROM the letter. She did say that her husband is a big star from TV and has worked hard and earned respect which is getting jeopardised.

TBF, it seems to me that it has become normal to criticise Salman every season. It's a pattern, people keep looking for the new fav of Salman and the new punching bag. So, anybody that he doesn't bash much becomes his fav and anybody he comments on becomes his punching bag. Except, he could really be joking with KV this time, they even know each other from outside. KV himself wore that blue fabric thing which is some sort of encouragement in my eyes at least. That 'Fizz' comment which has angered so many people, could be Salman's way of telling him to buck up. If we look at it from this perspective, when Salman would've seen the letter, he would've felt very offended. If you're friendly with someone and their spouse makes a publicly expresses their dislike, you would be mad too. I see people saying he shouldn't have mentioned it to KV. But why wouldn't he? Salman has a life outside BB too. Why should he take someone's accusations against him lightly and not try to clarify with the person being made his victim? And this also cleared that KV himself didn't mind the jokes. But still people would rather believe their own version of things and not take KV's statement at face value. Excuses like Salman didn't show him the letter. Well, I just read it and it is every bit as offensive as it was made out to be.

Salman's jokes were very clearly crossing the line but I guess he didn't realise it till he read Teejay's letter. And since he knows KV so cleared things on a personal level.
But Teejay's letter was much needed. Without it, Salman wouldn't have realised how hurtful his jokes were and today finally, I found Salman questioning happy club. I am guessing that is again a repercussion of the letter.

I'm watching as a neutral viewer this year. I don't have strong feelings for anyone, whether of love or hate. So, as far as I can see, there's not much that Happy Club has done which should've been questioned. And whenever they are, Surbhi, who is very well spoken, answers very well so it just never looks like grilling.

I just think it is an embarrassment when somebody you know personally makes a public show of their disagreement instead of personally reaching out to you. Maybe if TJ directly talked to the makers or Salman, it would've been different. Instead this public letter has just put a bad taste in Salman's mouth and maybe spoiled their personal relations.

I tbh always found their interaction cute.
More like a big cousin pulling legs of his small cousin.
While Sallu did became too rude with KV at times, still never found it wrong.

But Teejay being his wife didn't really liked it, seems.

Yeah. Should've sorted it out on a personal level though I think. This is a mess.

TJ behaved the way any loving wife would, when she feels her husband is constantly getting targetted and mocked. Lets assume instead of KV, she herself was in the show and Salman behaved with her in a similar fashion everytime..would'nt KV have reacted the way she did. See the person outside is worried for their family members who are participating in the show and they feel helpless when they cannot offer their support in person. Salman was visibly crossing his limits with KV and that is something the entire forum realized and discussed as well. So it was not something she assumed on her own..

Like you said, you hadn't read the letter until after Salman talked about it in the episode. Your interpretation of the letter could've been influenced by the way Salman represented it. It is very much possible.
