I think the whole shivashis incident is a sham.
Shivashis was having issues regarding mental and physical health for long. And maybe he really wished to leave and had even put that wish to Bigg Boss.
Hence he was so sure he would leave, and maybe confession room me bulakar unhe yehi kahaa gaya ki wo kisi bhi haalat pe kalkothri ka decision na maane. So that this kadi sazaa and all drama can be cooked up.
Shivashis could never be eliminated with Jasleen and Rohit in nominations because that would prove the voting sham too.
Hence they somehow contracted the thing this way, that since he doesn't want to stay, unhe dhakke maar kar hi nikaala jayga. Use bhi shayad ye manzoor hoga because for him jaana is most important.
I don't know if I'm sounding foolish though.
