Well, of course Anurag is the Hero of the show, so he's supposed to save the day. But what he did in yesterday's episode was epic foolishness. He knows that his family's life is in danger. What was the need to call the police? How was the police going to help if all those people in the party were at gun point. The goons would've easily held them as hostages. He risked everyone's life in the party. And even after getting caught by the goons, he was trying to be oversmart. Dude!!! They have guns. They can shoot you any second.
Honestly, I don't think the goons were that bad. They just wanted to steal the sculpture without hurting anyone. Think about them also. They also have to earn a living. So what if they are doing robbery? I don't think the Basu family has earned everything by honesty.
The goon whom Anurag injured had a gun, still he didn't shoot him. Clearly they didn't want to kill anyone. This idiot Anurag provoked the gang leader. Atleast he should've thought about his mother. She could've died because of his foolishness, if only Prerna had not used her brains at the right moment.
