Sree vs Dipika - My take - Love or Sister?

I think what probably happened was when Sree and Dipika came...Sree liked her...he had a crush on her..not in demeaning way but likable way...Kindda like girl you find homely..lovely...She did respect him..dressed well..is good looking..so he liked her even though they are married.

Dipika is a very proper girl..she loves her husband and was just supporting sree as a person and cared for him. However at some point she must have noticed it and then a time came she deliberately started saying bhai bhai a lot and it looked un natural. Even I was thinking ok why is she going out of way to call him bhai...I think that was her reaction to public so that they dont get it wrong. She knew Sree is extra favoring her.

Sree to realized that okay this is not proper so he made her sister.

Many times with non relatives it happens that you switch from crush to sister or even other wise lol. Its like distant cousins calling each other brother and sister and then getting married. Its normal.

So somewhere I see sree liking dipika like personality..in his heart he wanted a wife like her maybe or maybe he sees his wife in her.

All is now under sister but support is there ..that is why he acts more emotional with her...though shristhy is his sister too

Its nothing wrong..both are dealing it fine..but it must have started as likability

bhai bhai act was forced lol

that happens when someone is trying to tell everyone i am not involved lol

for example shristhy never calls him..somi doesnt

ab bhai hai toh hai

this is fine..i dont think sree is wrong..anyone can like anything in anyone..its not a crime

but he adjusted and made her sister

but point is that the basis of support is still his initial likability

Between Sree and Dipika, I don't think they have anything other than good friendship and mutual respect.

Frankly even that is doubtful considering Sree has multiple times spoken some not-so-nice things about her behind her back.

But maybe all this is a cover up to hide his initial liking as you mentioned because

a) He doesn't let anyone else bash or attack her.
b) He completely flips in front of her and doesn't show her his anger. (that he shows in front of other HMs)
c) He supports her in tasks and gets upset if she doesn't go his way.🤔

Having said that,

I refuse to believe that there is even an iota of "romance" or "love" . So all those conspiracy theories of them having "secret feelings" for each other seem lame to me.😆

They're both happily married, and pretty secure in their relationships.

Even I think so .. Deepika is very much aware of it thats why started to call him bhai Bhai ..from her side it's just good bonding being together in one team for long but sree is possessive about her..that doesn't mean he is going to do anything wrong but it happens.even he is trying to get away from this feelings like saying bad words to her but he can't control if anyone else do against her than it's very hard for her to control himself..
And Deepika can not completely ignore him otherwise how s behavior become worst ..it's complicated ..

And I think this is one of the main reasons Deepika isn't playing game properly.she gave up ..looks like in her mind she already decided that now enough of all this and don't mind if gets evicted..

Second this.

She has brains to play the game wisely. Like she did in yahaan wahaan task, but that she could because Shree gave up at first.

When shree is involved as well, she mostly cannot give her hundred percent. She's tired now.

Well life is complex...they are not real brother and sister where these feelings are not there

I am not saying it is love either

It is a respectful relationship from both sides

However it might have element of sree crush on her initially and him wanting to be liked by her...it does not have to be romance..sometimes u feel good when certain person gives u importance as u feel important. often such person is who u like and consider imp

Cant believe hippo is so naive. It is onesided love from Sree thats why Dipika started calling him bhai bhai. This sister wali BS would have worked if she someone like Shilpa maata who is at least 10 years older than him (Like Puneesh/Shilpa relation) but not here

I never understood why is it important to label someone Bhai or Behen in our culture. Are we incapable of handling a platonic relationship without any labels?
Agree with Hippo, what started out as a slight attraction or crush is now being pushed under Behen and Bhai cover.

Aren't we in someway maligning that relationship by making it so trivial and using it inappropriately.

i think it was defense mechanism of dipika...clever girl..without offending sree she pacified him be loudly saying bhai bhai as usually obsession between girl and boy is seen as love related lol

There is no likeability or platonic in this relationship.Deepika has clearly seen the signs.Sree still is infatuated which he proved again by talking rudely to her and called her near the washroom and apologized.Everyday he needs a excuse to meet her for a one to one talk and also a spat.
