I don't mind twisted rules but when commoners do it - everyone bashes them, saying they are cheaters even when all they did was use a loophole (horse cap task) or were trying to be nice (Romil and honey - are there any other instances?). They are fair just that they use their brains beyond the confines of the task.

Now, when KV does it - if he did, couldn't tell in the episode - people praise him because he won against Sree. Suddenly, his popularity has surged because he is now against Sree who he has been with for almost half the game.

So now, if Happy Club or whoever else cheats, no one can get mad because it's the norm now, yeah?

I don't see anyone supporting Surbhi/Deepak's treatment/mocking of Jasleen. They definitely crossed a line. When else has Deepak been rude?

Surbhi has a language problem which comes out during fights all the time and personally I don't see using gaali as a big deal. She is just loud and annoying which irks people off more so than the contents of her speech. She at least has good intentions.
