If Sanchalak do a good job without biasness and confusion then people will praise them. Nobody will force them to do it.

more than Sanchalak Somi Surbhi were shouting n itne hafto Baad Salman will say something to Happy gang wo bhi isliye as they did character assassination of Jas n Salman telling dipika was more like bashing which he only does to Celebs not to commoners much.

Dipika's sanchalan was off, she was jumping to decisions too quickly, making loud definitive announcements and then one person comes with a point and her decision changes. Example declaring KVB to be out but Rohit came back with his bowl and said there is some still left and her decision changed. Also in the first round Romil broke the rule of stepping in, she first said Megha then Somi.

But I agree with sanchalaks getting grilled all the time for their for their decisions. Like that Nehha thing, so someone can't have a viewpoint of what they deem to be fair or not? Why give them the power of overseeing the task if each decision of theirs is going to be put under a microscope. Also Nehha had a pretty convincing argument on her behalf, but she ended up being the biggest villain.

Honestly this sanchalan thing is only a ploy to get more drama. Before they used to give tasks and let them get on with it, if there is some issue BB would intervene, and if they made mistakes points were minused from their luxury budget, or they'd lose the task. So there wouldn't be too much hassle if a team lost because B.B. made the decision. With a sanchalak the losing team will have an individual to vent out their anger and frustration on.

Also how conveniently Kriti's biased sanchalan was never questioned, she was behaving more as a cheerleader for the jodis. I say Kriti only because at least Roshmi was trying. 👎🏼

Being a sanchalak is not easy. But one thing I can say Bigg Boss fav sanchalak is Deepak and Dipika. Almost half of the time I see these two being the sanchalaks. Dipika tries to be fair being a sanchalak(yet to see yesterday's epi, if its true she helped KV, then I take my words back) and Deepak makes full use and advantage of being the sanchalak. For the horse task is not wrong cause he had the rights to do so, and Dipika didn't utilise her chance properly. If not I see this Deepak always doing judging and discussion for who to choose for captain especially when he is Sanchalak.

That Saba-Sristy fight, I think more than gharwalas it was the audience who blamed Dipika. I feel Dipika wasn't at fault as when Saba pushed Sristy she was looking elsewhere. Case closed.

Train task, I think Shiv thought of humanity and told to use spoons instead of glass so I won't blame him for that. Case closed.

Rangoli Task. It was never Vikas's fault. It was just Sree who blamed him. Yeh Sree kuch bhi bolta rehta hai. But yeah Vikas and Shilpa themselves got too busy in the game rather than sanchalak. Case closed.

Idk who was the worst sanchalak. But I think Sristy has been a good sanchalak so far. Anup Jii tried to be a good sanchalak but he and Jasleen were focusing on thinking who to support for captaincy rather than doing a job of sanchalak. Besides Dipika, Deepak, Neha, KV, Megha I don't remember others as Sanchalak.

Yes. I agree with you.

Being a sanchalak is not easy and comes with great

I even admit tha Dipika was quite a confused sanchalakk, but worst sanchalan of the century?😲

Now that is just pure BB agenda to make a certain contestant villain.

Besides, the main point of this post is that why the F main culprits who actually ruin the task are not questioned and get away everytime?

Even if a sanchalak is bad, isn't it the basic responsibility of every contestant to follow rthe simple rules?

Was Dipika blamed during Saba-Srishty task? Only the two contenders were miffed with her when she was explaining their actions. I don't remember anyone else pointing fingers.

Neha was guilt-tripped because she didn't notice Shiv switching hands. Sanchalak cannot notice everything but it doesn't appear well when other housemates who were sitting with her did and she didn't; she was right there. But she held her own when explaining the force of hand motion or smth.

Shiv was blamed because they deemed him to be biased (e.g. telling people to leave if they could not handle it); he wasn't supposed to say anything according to housemates and he misinterpreted instructions regarding the mixing of ingredients.

Dipika appeared biased here because she was confused. I don't think she was being biased but I do think she got confused and frustrated with everyone pitching in their opinions. In the initial round, she first said Romil is out, then Megha, then Somi. She kept changing so that doesn't help. Don't know what happened in the last round where Romil alleged that someone has put water in KV's bowl but no on can confirm this.

Sanchalak's getting blamed because they are 1) confused, 2) openly biased or 3) giving advice/guidance.

I think Srishty was fair in the two house task and she kept firm.
