Holding the red and white chooda in his hand that she wore as a symbol of their marriage which never happened because he was greedy, Shaurya was sitting on his side of the bed. It had been ten months that she left him because she gave up on him. Yes, Mehek Sharma gave up on The shaurya Khanna. For her, he turned out ti be that one exceptional creation of the Almighty who can never feel what is called love for otherother people in the world. Little did she know he did have a heart that beat but then the sound of his beat could not be heard as it was caged in the walls of hatred for all the mean people in his life since he knew of this world. But, Mehek, little by little broke in the huge walls of his beautiful fort. Bad luck as they say, she left when he was ready to take her in. Waqt kahan kabhi kisi ke liye rukta hai?
Smiling looking at her chooda, Mehek sat in her bridal dress, ready to share her entire life with the one who she knows loves her the most. The little memory she had of her father, he fits the bill of it. Kehte hain agar kisi ladke mein apna Papa dikhayi dein toh usse jaane nahi dena chahiye. Little tear escaped her eyes that was filled with dark black kohl. She missed her parents but was happy that her in laws loved her no less. It was funny how even he was jealous of the attention his parents gave to his to be wife and she giggled all those times. She looked at herself in the mirror and adjusted her chunni. "Perfect!" She complimented herself in his tone and chuckled.
Shaurya looked at his suit that was kept on the other side of the bed. He bent to get it and stood to change into it. Adjusting the brooch and combing his hair he looked charming as ever. Giving one last glance in the mirror he left.
Holding Jeevan Chachu's arms, Mehek walked into the grand church that was looking as beautiful as a bride in all the decoration. He looked at her. She looked at him. It was that moment. Jeevan gave her hand into hers and sat beside Kanta who had tears seeing her Mehek being the bride. Typical Mother! Mehek always wanted this church wedding and he happily agreed it to. The priest welcomed them for exchanging their vows.
"Do you Mr. Rahil Chopra intend to take Ms. Mehek Sharma as your rightfully wedded wife?"
"I do!"
"Do you Ms. Mehek Sharma intend to take Mr. Rahil Chopra as your righttfully wedded husband?"
The doors of the church that were kept closed to avoid traffic noise creaked open. Everyone except for her and Rahil turned to look at the new guest who almost disturbed the entire ceremony.
'I do!"
She looked at Rahil full with love. The priest declared them husband and wife and she clung to him. He held her protectively. "I love you!" She muttered in his ears. "I love you more." He replied. Shaurya looked at them. Keeping the bouquet on one of the benches he left. Uss din usne sach bola tha. Woh haar gyi Shaurya se. Par, pyaar toh hamesha jeet hi jaata hai!
No, I never intended to give it this kinda ending but you see guys, in those tracks, Shaurya was such a jerk, seriously. Mehek desserved to move on. 😆
