BGM - what's the real thing?

I am completely confused by the BGM for the scenes. Can someone explain?

I know a lot of you watch Kasauti on hotstar and then on TV in India. On insta people post videos of scenes and often say this is a vm etc. But sometimes they've posted a video and it seems like this is the genuine. Later when I watch it on tv in the UK they either have another song or the trademark kasauti music.

Let me give you two examples.

Yesterday when Anurag comes down to see the ring ceremony, on insta there is a video of Bolna as the BGM but on UK TV it is the kasauti music and not Bolna (the one they played during the first joint arti.

Also when they danced together, there were a lot of video with Tere Liye but this was not shown on UK TV.

What's going on? Which is the real thing?

Yes this is quite confusing... Not the VM..

We had Baarish here in the Uk where as on hotstar its De re n
