Chapter 4
Next day Shaurya revealed the true identity of Mahek to his team. "No wonder she was so different! She's nothing like Vijay or the wife! I thank God for it.'' Said Dev with a sigh. "I don't think you will have a problem now to accept her bhai,she's just perfect for you and our family.'' Said vicky. Shaurya was sitting there lost in her thoughts. Everything was so quite and empty without her. "I'm so happy she's not that criminals daughter anymore!'' Added Rahul loudly which startled Shaurya out of his reverie. "I have to tell her that she is not Vijay's daughter,she's living with her mother's killer and get her out of there as soon as possible.'' Shaurya told them. "Let's not waste time then! We'll go there tonight and bring her back.'' Suggested Dev. "Prepare to raid Vijay's Residence tonight!'' Announced Shaurya and left towards his cabin. The dead silence in the cabin was killing him. Nothing seemed to be alive without her. He sank on his bed and moved his pillow. Under the pillow was Mahek's jewelry collection. Shaurya had stolen her earrings,her hair brush,her bangles and her bindiya while she was busy in the kitchen one day. He ran his fingers on them. "Kaha chaligayee Tum Mahek..I never thought you would disappear on me like this.'' He blinked back his tears. Suddenly his eyes fell on the nightstand beside his hay bed. There was a note pressed under the water jar. Shaurya quickly grabbed it and started reading it. "My phantom,Do you miss me? I know you do! You know what? I'm right here with you because I love you. if you can't sleep and need to stay up all night long just thinking about me, I will be here with you. There's nothing you can ever do to lose my love. I will protect you until I am around, and after I'm gone I will still protect you. I am stronger than you think and I am braver than Loneliness and nothing will ever exhaust me. If you call me I will come running to you. I love you!'' Shaurya crushed the paper in his hand. "Dammit it! I just can't do it anymore. I can't refrain myself from loving you! It's too painful. I'm not going to waste the rest of my life being haunted by your memory. "Damn you Mahek! I thought I was happy. I thought my life was fine. And then you came along, and nothing . . . nothing make sense anymore!'' He stood up and paced his cabin. "Bloody hell! I'm in love!''
That night they raided sharma house but the damn house was empty! No sign of the sharma's or even Mahek. First time in life Shaurya was frightened. Not for himself but for the one he loved. "Kaha ho tum Mahek? How can you just leave without saying a word?'' Shaurya was freaking out at everyone. Vicky and Dev calmed him down. "We can get some information from Sonal.'' Rahul told him. Vicky dialled Sonal's number But her phone was switched off. "Iska phone toh bandh aa raha hai but I know where she lives!'' Said vicky. "Get on the bikes guys! We are going to Sonal's place!'' Shaurya told them and hoped on his bike. Black panthers sped towards Sonal's place. They were disappointed when they saw a big padlock hanging on the front door. "Damn! Now Where did she disappear? Kahi Yeh vijay ka Koi Ganda plan toh Nahi?'' Shaurya tried to figure out. "Now what bhai? We don't even know if Mahek has other friends or not. And We also don't have any other connections that can give us some info on her whereabouts.'' Vicky let out a deep breath of frustration. "I hope vijay is not playing some nasty game with her. If he is I will kill him with no mercy!'' Shaurya fumed in anger. "We can't sit here bhai,we have to do something and find her!'' Dev was getting impatient as well. Shaurya paced the road,trying to figure out something to get to Mahek. He kicked his bike in frustration.
Weeks went by. Mahek and Sonal were held captives in home ministers farm house. "What is this mom? You both lied to me and forcefully brought me here! I will not get married to that psycho if dad doesn't transfer the properties to khanna's!'' Mahek repeated her conditions for the tenth time. Vijay who overheard her,stepped in the room boiling with anger. "Look Mahek! I lost everything that I took from the khanna's! The properties are gone! Business went down the drain because of the debts. I used their bank balance and their mansion is sealed by the authorities. I have nothing to give them back!'' Mahek flung her wedding attire on the floor. "Fine! I'm not marrying that beast! Let us out of here!'' Shouted Mahek. Vijay strode towards her and slapped her hard. Mahek fell on the bed and cried. "You are a cheat! You deceived your friend! Sometimes I feel you are not even my father!'' Shobha ran to comfort her but Vijay raised his hand in the mid air to stop her. "Laad dulaar dikhane ki Koi zarurat nai! She's getting married tonight and that's final!'' He turned to Sonal. "Make sure she's ready on time warna mujhse bura Koi nai hoga!'' Threatening them he stormed out of there. Shobha followed behind her husband. Sonal quickly shut the door and locked it from inside. She ran and hugged her friend. "This is too much Mahek...I have to find Shaurya and tell him what is about to happen here before your dad ruins your life.'' Said Sonal. "Nahi Sonal! Don't tell him anything please! It won't do any good ..my father has done a lot of damage to them..and I'm guilty for what he has done to them even though it's not my fault..hence I can't face him or any of his family members...and if they see me it will remind them of what my dad did to them..so leave it.'' Requested Mahek. "Then What you gonna do? Marry that psycho and walk away with him? Say whatever you like but I won't let your dad ruin your life at any cost!'' Sonal told her firmly. There was a knock on the door. Sonal hurried and opened it. It was the make up artists. Sonal let them in and they started working on Mahek's hair right away. Sonal found the wedding card on the nightstand. "Are you planning something?'' Asked Mahek when she saw her friend reading the card. She went and embraced her and whispered in her ears. "I won't let your dad ruin your life Mahek! You love Shaurya and you should be with him. You are my only friend and I want you to be happy and that mental case you are about to marry will never give you the happiness you deserve. He doesn't deserve you Mahek..Shaurya does! So I'm gonna risk my life and sneak out of here and go in Search of your phantom. You wait right here,I promise I will bring your phantom on time and he will rescue you before you even reach that mandap!'' Sonal assured her lovingly. "Oh Sonal..'' Mahek choked back a cry. Sonal dried her tears and asked her to smile. "Trust me on this,I will make things right for you Meri Jaan.'' Mahek forced a smile. "Thank you but what if he doesn't come?'' She asked sadly. "Kiyu nai aayega? Lekar aaungi mai usey!'' Sonal pulled her cheeks and teased her. "Abhi tak toh usey bhi tumse pyaar hogaya hoga!'' Mahek blushed. "I hope so..'' Sonal gave her a flying kiss and sneaked out of there leaving her with the make up artists.
Hiding from everyone Sonal managed to escape from home ministers farm house in disguise. She hurried to the main road and luckily got a ride. "Take me to town please if you can.'' An hour later she was back in town. She got off but didn't know what to do,how to contact Shaurya or his gang. Vijay had taken their phones and destroyed it. She looked at her watch. It was just around 3 pm and the wedding was at 8 pm. She had only five hours to reach Shaurya somehow and save Mahek. Time was running out! She headed to her apartment and changed into a track suit. Quickly packing water bottles and snacks in a bag she headed towards the woods. "Hey Bhagwan help me..I have to reach their base before it gets dark.'' Blabbering to herself she started running.
On the other side. Shaurya and the gang were making their way out of the woods. They were desperate to find Mahek that day. "Shaurya!!! Vicky!! Dev!!! Rahul!!'' Sonal's voice reached vicky first. "Shit that's Sonal's voice! She's coming looking for us bhai! Definitely she has some news on Mahek!'' Shaurya pat on black beauty and the horse knew what he was suppose to do. Black beauty came to a halt in front of Sonal who was about to pass out. Her knees gave up on her and she fell on the thorny ground. "Sonal!'' Shaurya jumped off the horse followed by the others. "Shaurya...vijay is..forcefully getting Mahek married to home ministers son. Vijay had laid a condition..if she marries home ministers son then he will return whatever he took from you guys that's why Mahek agreed to the marriage..but when Mahek went to the farm house to wait for the lawyer to do the transfers ..vijay locked her up along with me.. and at the last moment he deceived her..'' Out of breath Sonal lifted the wedding card for him to see. Shaurya grabbed the card and read it. "Bloody hell! I'll kill that bas****! He tore the card in pieces and flung it in the air. His blood boiled and eyes turned dangerously red. Dev helped Sonal on his horse and gave her water to drink. "Save her Shaurya...please..she loves you and you only..'' Pleaded Sonal. "Black panthers! Prepare for war!'' In no time the horses were ripping through the jungle and heading towards town. "Dev,take Sonal to my place,she'll be safe there with my parents. Others,wait in town! I'll bring Mahek then we'll all go to the base together.'' Shaurya told his team. His team nodded and parted ways. It was 6 pm when Shaurya reached the home ministers farm house. The premises was surrounded by Security. Taking off his mask, Shaurya tied the horse and started walking on foot. He was fully armed and ready to rip apart anyone that will dare to come in his path. Mahek saw him coming from her window. "Shaurya...'' she uttered. When he saw her,her tears began to flow. Shaurya signalled her to stay calm and he will get her out of there as soon as possible. Mahek nodded with a smile. Distracting the guards he climbed up the window and entered Mahek's room. Just then the door of her room opened and psycho stepped in. Shaurya moved swiftly and hid behind the curtains. Mahek held her chest and sighed in relief then glared at the monster in front of her. "What do you want? You shouldn't be here! We can't see each other's face before the wedding!'' Mahek scolded the psycho who was nearing her with lust in his button like eyes. He touched her cheeks with a wicked smile. "Who can stop me from seeing my bride? Anybody has guts?'' Mahek shoved his hand away. "Dur raho mujhsey warna mujhse bura Koi nai hoga!'' Cried Mahek. He grabbed her hand and twisted it. "Tum mujhey mana karogi? Huh? Apne honewale pati ko?'' Mahek winced in pain. Just then Shaurya's hard punch landed on his fat head so hard,he saw stars. "Touch her again and I'll break you into tiny little pieces!'' Shaurya's voice echoed in the room. "K..k..kaun ho tum bey?'' Stuttered the psycho. "Tera baap!'' Shaurya's karate kick landed on his abdomen and he fell on the floor with a painful cry. Shaurya drew a tape from his jacket and taped his mouth. He tried to scream but Shaurya had aimed a hard punch to his gut, forcing him togasp in a breath. He then tied his arms and legs and pushed him under the bed. "Shaurya!'' Mahek ran to him. He took her in his arms and buried her in his chest. He took a deep breath of relief to find her safe and sound. His hands ran up and down her back to caress her. "Tum theek ho na?'' He asked,his voice was brittle. Mahek lifted her head and looked at him with teary eyes. "They tortured me Shaurya..dad hit me..'' she showed him her reddened cheek and broke down. It hurt him. He broke the hug and loaded his gun. "Today is their death day!'' He strode to the door,Mahek ran and blocked his way. "No Shaurya! We will be caught If you do that..'' she pleaded. Shaurya exhaled and calmed himself down. He looked at the imprint on her cheek. "How dare he touch you?'' Mahek smiled between her tears. "You care about me hain na?'' He cupped her cheeks and stared deep in her hazels. "I love you dammit!'' That confession entered through her ears and into her heart and soul. Mahek felt alive after so many months. Tears of joy rolled down her cheeks. "So finally my phantom fell in love with me! Par jungle mein natak kiyu kar rahe thay?'' He hauled her to him,making her collide with his hard chest. "Natak karna zaruri tha warna Abh tak toh Mera baccha tumare pet mein pal raha hota.'' He rained scorching hot kisses on her face. "Shaurya..'' A blush warmed her face even more. His lips gently brushed her swollen cheek as if to soothe the pain. His temperature rose again when he thought about the slap. His palm balled into two hard fists. "I'll kill them Mahek! One by one I'll finish everyone! Abhi Chalo Tum mere saath..I have a lot to tell you..just grab whatever you can and we'll be out of here.'' Mahek grabbed her belongings and both escaped through the window. Psychopath had heard their conversation and he knew now that Mahek had eloped with her lover boy Shaurya. He wriggled under the bed trying to free himself but couldn't.
Shaurya let his team know that Mahek was safe with him and he was taking her to the base. "Alright! We'll see you both at the base!'' Said Dev Who was the happiest of all. He broke the news to Sonal and left from there. "Yes! I knew he would rescue her!'' Sonal danced in happiness and hugged Karuna ma. "Par usey Mahek ko yaha lana chahiye tha!'' Said Karuna ma. "She'll be more safe with Shaurya I think.'' Replied Sonal. "But don't worry he'll bring her once the coast is clear.'' Sonal assured her. Meanwhile,black beauty was galloping towards the base. Mahek was sitting in front of Shaurya. She leaned back to nest against his chest. The cool night air struck her face and made her hair blow back against Shaurya. He stuck his nose into it and took a deep breath, smelling her lilac scent and growled. The sweet air made his pulse race. The horse continued deeper into the jungle. Shaurya was quite all the way. Mahek felt he was not himself. She looked at him,moonlight shining on them. "Kya huwa? You look angry..'' she asked softly. He looked at her,eyes burning red. Mahek shivered. He started speaking. "When I heard about your marriage to him, it cut me. I felt like you ripped open my chest and tore out my damn heart. Do you even realize that? I wanted you to be happy, but I can't wish it for anyone else other than me. I want you to be happy with me! I belong to you,you belong to me and that's never going to change.'' He told her firmly while blinking back his tears. "Aww Shaurya..'' Mahek cupped his cheeks. "I know that and I'm sorry ..I was trapped by my dad who deceived me and that home minister's insane son!'' Black beauty halted in front of the cabin. Shaurya helped her down.Her hand reached out to touch him, and when he lowered his own hand she grabbed it, putting it to her face. "Shaurya, she echoed. Overwhelmed, she tried not to weep, closing her eyes against the flood of emotion. From atop his snorting horse, he bent to stroke her cheek. "Mahek,how I have longed to see you here.'' He whispered. "You have haunted my dreams since you left.'' Mahek smiled. "Well I'm here now! Come down!'' She urged pulling his hand. "Take me to my favourite place on earth!'' He jumped down and took her to her favourite garden full of wild roses and flowers. That was the place where Mahek had spent most of her time when she stayed with him and the others. Drifting on the night air, mingling with the jasmine, thyme and oleander to weave the fragrance she had known past few months,she looked at Shaurya with so much love in her eyes. He hauled her to him. The fragrance and the aroma filled their nostrils as their eyes met, and in those few silent moments,under the stars and the moonlight he told her everything. He told her that she was the most astonishing thing he had ever encountered. He told her that she haunted his waking hours, and that every feeling, every experience he had in his life up to that point was flat and unimportant to the enormity of this. He told her he loved her. Mahek's eyes beamed as he cupped her face. "As I got to know you, I began to realise that beauty was the least of your qualities. I became fascinated by your goodness. I was drawn in by it. I didn't understand what was happening to me. And it was only when I began to feel actual, physical pain every time you walked in and left the cabin that it finally dawned on me: I was in love, for the first time in my life. I knew it was hopeless, but that didn't matter to me. And it's not that I want to have you. All I want is to deserve you. Tell me what to do. Show me how to behave. I'll do anything you say. Right now All I can say is,you are the one I think about. All the time. You are the voice I want to hear. You are the face I hope to see everyday every morning and every night. He confessed. Mahek awed and stood in his arms shedding happy tears. His finger brushed her cheek, tipping her chin toward him. A dull thrum beat in her ears,the blood pulsing hot with sudden desire. A hint of gold encircled his pupils, flaring into a brilliant nimbus. He kissed her fully on her glossy lips. The world fell away when their lips met. She knew he was trying to tell her the depth of how he felt. Even as he lost himself in her, felt her hair sweep across his face, his chest, her lips met his skin, her fingers entwined with his.He kissed her again and her eyes shut against the intensity,even as his tongue swept deep. He captured her soft groan,his tongue invaded her mouth and tortured her sweetly. Enveloped in each other's arms,they kissed under the moonlight for a long time. When they parted for air,she laughed and twirled, the jonquil-red/green of her lahenga belling out around her, her arms flung wide to embrace the new beginnings in so wondrous a place. "Shaurya,I'm happy, she said softly. She went and kept her head on his warm chest, her arms went around his waist. "I want it to be like this forever. Shaurya kissed the crown of her head. "It will be, my love. He bent and kissed her cheek. "Now that you're here, everything will be perfect. He plucked a flower and pinned it in her hair. Mahek grinned happily. Her eyes surveyed his face. "What were you about to tell me Shaurya? You said you have a lot to talk about. What is it?'' He pulled her in his arms again. "I will tell you later once we are in bed. Now I'm starving! Kal se Hum Sab ne Kuch khaya nai..Kuch khilao na.'' Mahek pulled his cheeks. "Kabhi kabhi bilkul Baby lagte ho tum!'' Both laughed and went back to the kitchen. The kitchen was a mess! "Goodness! I was just away for a month and look at the mess here! This looks like a pig farm to me!'' She complained. "Sorry...tum khana banao I'll clean the kitchen.'' Shaurya offered to help. "So sweet!'' She smooched his hairy cheek. "Tum na Mera perfect pati banogey! Aur humarey 6 baccho ke perfect papa!'' Mahek couldn't believe she just said that. She blushed looking down at her toes. Shaurya's eyes widened in disbelief and the broom fell down from his hand! "6? You are not serious right?'' Mahek dragged him in her arms. "I am damn serious Mr khanna! Mujhey na,chotu motu Golu molu cute se baccho ki line lagani hai.'' Sweat broke on Shaurya's forehead and he gulped. "Arey Yeh kiya tumey toh pasina agaya.'' Laughed mahek. Something came up in Shaurya's mind. "You know Mahek,I have a better plan. Let's not wait to get married..just start making babies from tonight. What say?'' Her laughing stopped and her mouth turned into a big O. Before she could say anything he scooped her up in his arms. "What you doing Shaurya? I was just pulling your leg..put me down na!'' She hit him on his chest. "Abh kya huwa?Chotu motu Golu molu nai chahiye? Hmm?'' He asked with a glint of mischief in his eyes. Flushed Mahek hid in his chest. "I want it but not now..shaadi ke baad.'' She murmured. Shaurya almost dropped her to the floor when Dev and Rahul cleared their throat from the doorway. "Dev! Rahul! Where's vicky?'' Mahek screamed. Shaurya placed her down and she hurried towards them. They were all in for a group hug. Shaurya watched them with a smile on his face. "It's so good to see you Mahek! We missed you! Now that you are here we won't let you go anywhere! Said Dev. Tears formed in Mahek's eyes. "I'm happy to see you all..'' Each and every gang member came and hugged her again. "I missed you all..'' she told them. "Bhabi,bhook lagi hai yaar..Teri yaad mein toh hum Sab bhooka hii rah gay.'' Vicky complained from the doorway. "Chotu!'' Vicky ran and hugged her. "I'm happy you are back! Now we'll get delicious meals! Abh Rona dhona bandh Aur bhooko ko khana khilao! Jab se Tum gayee ho,bhai ka toh karwachauth ka vrath chal raha hai.'' He told her with a laughter. Mahek gave a questionable look at Shaurya who quickly looked away. "Tere bhai ki class Main baad mein lungi first Clean the kitchen for me then I'll cook.'' Entire gang got busy cleaning the kitchen. After cleaning they made a bonfire outside and all sat around it and started their chit chat. Shaurya helped Mahek in the kitchen. He chopped the vegetables while Mahek hummed and kneaded the dough to make roti's. That night she glowed. She gave off a vibration of energy that he suspected only he could detect. "Do I do this to you?, he wondered, as he watched her roll the roti's with a smile on her face. "Mahek,you know I'll go to jail when I'm caught right? What will you do when I'm gone?'' He asked. "I'll will not let you go anywhere Shaurya! I'll fight for you and save you from the police and the jail.'' She told him as she finished making the last roti. "And how will you do that? You are a nurse Mahek! What do you know about the law?'' Mahek handed him the plates and the container packed with roti's. "Today I'm gonna tell you and the gang something which nobody knows. Chalo mere saath.'' She took the curry bowl and stepped out of the kitchen. "Kahi issko vijay ka sach toh nai pata chal gaya?'' Thought Shaurya as he followed behind her to where the entire team was.
Mahek and Shaurya served dinner to the team. "This is delicious Mahek! Thank you!'' Complimented Dev and the rest followed and praised her for the yummy food she made. Entire team ate happily. "Bhabi,bhai ko khila do so that his karwachauth comes to an end otherwise he'll fast for ever!'' Teased vicky. "I will feed him but first I want to tell you all something.'' Everyone's gaze stilled on her face. They thought she came to know about Vijay's truth but what she told them shocked them even more. "I was a law student. Just before graduation I quit and joined nursing. Law wasn't something I was interested in but my dad forced me into it. Now,to save you all I'm gonna join the law again and while still studying I can fight your case. I have friends who are lawyers and one of them is a judge.'' The entire team including Shaurya,stilled for a moment. "From tonight all of you will be aborting this mission and go back to your homes and start living a new life. If any of you are arrested after that,that's the time I will step in and take the case in my hand. Can you all do this for me?'' She Asked with so much hope and expectation. After few minutes everyone of them agreed. Laughing with joy she looked at Shaurya. "Are you in Shaurya?'' She asked. "what about the criminals Mahek? What about Vijay sharma? You want me to let him go just like that?'' His eyes turned red from anger. Mahek walked to him. "So what you wanna do? Kill him and go to jail? If you kill him or anyone I won't be able to save you Shaurya. You have to quit this mission before I can fight for you guys.'' Said Mahek. "Bhai,I think it's time to Tell her the bitter truth about Vijay sharma.'' Said vicky. "What Truth Shaurya? Is there anything else dad did which I don't know?'' Asked Mahek. Shaurya kicked the benches and screamed in anger. "He's not your dad Mahek! He's your mothers killer!'' Mahek froze in complete shock. Shaurya held her by her shoulders. "Your Real Mom was working in our office as an accountant. Vijay sharma shot her when she didn't agree to work for him. Shobha knows all about it. Even Abhay is not their real son,he was adopted too.'' Lone tears escaped the corner of her eyes. "He killed my mom? How can he? He's such a monster!'' Mahek sank on the ground and wept. "Mahek..Chalo mere saath.'' Shaurya helped her up and took her to his cabin. They wound up on the bed, him sitting and her cradled like a baby across his lap, in tears. He gave her a glass of water. After swallowing the liquid she looked at Shaurya who looked sad after breaking the news to her. "When did you come to know about this?'' She asked. "Just after you left my house at the village. Mom and dad told me because you looked exactly like your mother. I came after you to tell you all about it but you were gone.'' Shaurya wiped her tears and kissed her fingers. "Where's my real dad Shaurya?'' More tears formed in her eyes as she asked. "Nobody knows Mahek,all we know is that your mom was a single mother.'' Mahek started sobbing. "Main anaath Hun Shaurya..I don't have any relatives...I don't have nobody!'' Shaurya shushed her and buried her in his chest. "You have me! You have my mom and dad who loves you very much. And what about Dev,Rahul and all the others? They love you too Mahek! They consider you as a family and I'm sure whenever you need them they'll be at your service. And you have your best friend Sonal too. Don't ever think or say you are an orphan.'' Shaurya calmed her down with sweet loving words. He kissed her forehead and kept her resting on his bosom. Finally she sighed in relief. "Now I know why I was raised by a nanny and sent to a boarding school to stay there and study. Whenever I came home for holidays I always felt like an outsider. I never got love in that house..'' she lifted her head from his chest and looked at him. "We will make them pay Shaurya! We will gather all the proofs against him and file a case. The law will punish him shaurya,you will not have to kill him..I can't lose you because of him. And I will do my best to send him to jail to rot forever!'' She assured him with confidence. Shaurya took her hand in his. "I'm in! We will do this together.'' Mahek smiled and hugged him.
Later that night when the others retired for the night,Shaurya and Mahek sat by the bonfire. "Eat and break your fast.'' Mahek teased as she fed him. "How can you stay without food for so long? Don't you ever do that again!'' She scolded him. "Then don't you ever leave me again!'' He warned her. "I didn't leave you silly! You sent me away! Anyway,Tell me one thing Shaurya,when did you fall in love with me? Before knowing about my true identity or after?'' Shaurya Thought for a while and said. "After I found out you were not the sharma's daughter.'' Mahek's countenance fell. She washed her hand and ran to the cabin. "Mahek! Meri baath toh suno! I'm sorry I was just pulling your legs! Mahek! Yeh ladki bhi na! Naak mein gussa lekar paida huwi thi shayad!'' Calling for her He hurried behind her but vicky stopped him. "She loves lemongrass tea bhai. Pacify her with a nice hot favourite tea of hers.'' Shaurya thanked him and rushed to the kitchen. By the time his tea was done,his shirt was done too. "What the hell!''Swearing under his breath he removed his shirt and tossed it away. Taking a deep breath in and out he took the cup and headed towards his cabin.
Meanwhile in the cabin. Mahek had showered and changed into her pj's. The cabin was cold. She could feel the chill in the approaching night. Cold air crept through the gaps in the windows and the chinks of the old logs. She tossed some firewood in hearth and lit it. Fire crackled and slowly the cabin warmed. She sat on the bed and fixed the pillow. She thought she heard sound under the pillow. She removed it to see. Her eyes widened when she found her jewelry collection under his pillow! "Liar Kahi ka! Pyaar nai hota toh Mera jewelries kyu rakha apne paas? Pyaar toh tumey mujhsey pahli nazar mein ho chuka tha I just know it!'' Mahek smiled. When the door opened she quickly put the pillow back in its place. "I misplaced my jewelries,have you seen it?'' She asked without looking at him. "No..no I haven't.'' He lied. "You are such a terrible liar!'' Mahek moved the pillow for him to see what he had hidden underneath. Shaurya bit his tongue. "What is this then? Are you planning to open a jewelry shop or what?'' She turned towards him,butterflies rumbled in her stomach when she found him standing there without a shirt. She slowly stood up. He walked to her. Nervous excitement ran in her tummy. "This is the proof that I fell in love with you while you were still here taking care of me.'' His voice was deep yet very gentle. "I know that Shaurya...you loved me when I was still your enemies daughter.'' She said softly. Standing this close to him, she couldn't help but notice for the first time just how muscular his shoulders were, and how lush his lips looked. Face all stubbled and he looked tall and full of might. The muscles of her abdomen squeezed- squeezed along with her thighs as he handed her the tea. "Your favourite tea.'' Her hand was clumsy as she took the cup from his hand and placed it on the nightstand. She let her gaze slip lower, to the rest of his body she had seen a thousand times, but which seemed so utterly different today. "Wow, when did you get these?" Mahek teased, reaching down to run her hand along his impressive six-pack. But Shaurya caught her hand in his just before she touched him, startling her. When she looked into his eyes once again, his expression was intense, almost threatening. She swallowed. For a moment, Mahek thought maybe he was angry, but before she could ponder it further, he yanked her to him and covered her mouth with his in a hungry kiss. "Don't you check me out like that! It does a lot of things to me!'' He said on her mouth. Her fingers dug on his bare shoulders. She responded immediately, surprising herself. His mouth was so warm, the caress of his lips softer than she could have imagined. He tasted tentatively with his tongue, and Mahek opened her mouth with a low moan. They parted after a long satisfying kiss. "What was that for?'' She asked while panting hard. "For making you upset earlier.'' Mahek placed his arms around her waist and hugged him. "This is how you gonna make up to me whenever I'm upset?'' She asked on his chest. He wrapped his arms around her and pressed her more on him. "No! I have other ways of making up to you.'' Mahek sensed a mischief in his tone. "And May I know what your other ways are?'' He kissed the crown of her head. "My other ways will give you so many of junior Shaurya and mini Mahek!'' Mahek punched him gently. "Tum na! Bilkul besharam ho!'' Mahek blushed on his chest. "Accha Main besharam Hun? Kitchen mein chotu motu Golu molu kisko chahiye tha?'' Padosi ko?'' Mahek looked at him and Both burst out laughing. "Let's go sleep,tomorrow we have to leave early.'' Said Shaurya and gave her the tea and tucked her in. "Shaurya,mere paas soh jaao na...I need you..please?'' She opened her arms wide for him. Shaurya lowered himself on her and joined his forehead with hers. Their noses rubbed. She giggled like a little girl. He kissed her entire face and rolled over with her on his chest. His shaft swell and throbbed painfully. "Mahek we have to stop otherwise I won't be able to restrain myself for much longer.'' "Who told you to restrain yourself huh?'' She asked seductively. Shaurya made her look at him. Mahek laughed. "Don't give me that "are you serious'' kind of look! I was kidding!'' Shaurya shook his head unbelievably. "Pagli ladki!'' Mahek giggled and snuggled more on him,cuddling him she finally dozed off. Shaurya whispered. "I love you'' to her and also dozed off.
Next chapter : Shaurya takes Mahek to his place in the village. Black panthers part ways. Mahek joins law school again. Her love changes Shaurya a lot. He gets a job and pays her law fees. Love and Romance will continue and then one stormy night they will make love. As the story progresses Shaurya and few gang members gets arrested. Mahek fights to save him and the gang.
