Mahir does not know it us vish bela plan .then why did he bail aadhi.aadhi is guilty according to manager and mahir does not know manager is telling lie ..but still he bailed aadhi

Yes, as of now Mahir only knows that a snake was killed that night. Whenever the truth will come out it will be presented in such a way that Bela is guilty. So tough time until the actual truth comes out.
