They arent baggage. They arent forcing Mouli to stay with them. They are choosing to be with her. Both Mouli and Radhika and dida are quite capable to take care of themselves. None of them needs the other to take care of them. Radhika was a single mum too, who too lived with her MIL ( who wasnt even nice to he, still waitig have for the backstory there), she doesnt need Mouli to take of her now. They are all staying together because they love each other. And I for one happen to love that they do. I loved the recent interview where Radhika and dida talk about their kamina son. I hope they wont be turned back into an obstacle in Mouli-Ishaan lovestory later. Until then I am gonna love women loving and supporting one another.

After watching segments of Maulis new life I was little bit surprised to see this 2 old witches in her life. As a neutral viewer Ive always wished that she gives an a**kick to whole Malhotra family from her life and goes her own way. But seems like it doesnt happens. So my question is now: How can she build a new life with her ex sasuma and ex?dida as baggage? What kind of strange situation is that also for the new guy? What did she told him: Hi, nice to meet you btw I live with my ex in-laws under same roof but its ok. 😲 And if news are true they say that Kunal doesnt knows about his daughter. How is that possible when Mauli is still living with them? Yes he was upset and leaved their house but I dont think that he didnt check what his ma and dadi are doing...?

There are few fanfiction which executed this concept very very beautifully where mauli stays with dida and radika and the new guy have great bonding with them, I always wanted to see that on screen and now it seems my wish is gonna fulfill

The writer has already tested this concept...it was successful so she is going this way..she was pretty good in handling such tracks back then...
I dont know if u ever saw balika vadhu...the husband who left his wife was ditched by his whole family and the wife got every kind of support from her in laws only..in fact..the boy jagya's granny tried to get anandi married and played the cupid for anandi and shiv...the track was all hearts...the girl eventually unites the family with their son who of course repented for all his doings!
The show had a rural setup back then...te makers showed the gradual growth in the thought process of orthodox people...kunal's family is well educated and more modern comparitively...so them supporting their DIL who was wronged by their son isnt any thing wrong imo
I agree they will always pine for their son..but they will pine for the son whom they had lost to before the affair started...unless they get that kunal who got lost in between they might not accept him inspite of being hurt to behave the way they do with him

I think the writers are getting quite progressive ...they are showing us supporting caring in-laws who stand by their DIL when she gets ill treated by the son, this is good ..people need to see this. And in the new olv they all look happy with Maulis new beau 😉
