But why this PR blitz all of a sudden? When they haven't bothered before? Is the show under scanner rumour true then?

The scanner rumor was started by a gal who always bashes the show. Now I see fans of other shows adding more fuel to the fire started by that gal. There's no official confirmation of the show being in danger.

They are promoting this particular song sequence and as it's aired today, they are promoting it vigorously.
