these are just assumptions n predictions...there is another spoiler saying divine couple married secretly...

if nandini tells kunal that mauli is pregnant...that heartless man will not believe...he will humiliate mauli saying one of her ploy to bring back him to her...even if he comes back,i want mauli to kick him out

What's the point of separation? They r not guilty n parting.
So after a leap again they meet n again same EMA! And if god forbid if Kunal Mauli are together, then whole betrayal scenario again for Mauli..
