Chapter 3
Next morning Mahek woke up first and freshened up. Her phantom was no where in the little cabin. "Kaha chala gaya subha subha? Chumma dekar dar kar bhaag toh nai gaya?'' Mahek giggled and tidied the cabin. "Bhabi,bhook lagi hai Kuch banado na Please! Fresh vegetables just arrived from the market!'' Vicky Hollered from the doorway. "Just a second I'm coming!'' She gathered the utensils from the night before and followed him to the next cabin. "Where's your brother?'' She Asked while entering the kitchen. "He's in the woods gathering firewood for the fireplace and for cooking.'' Vicky told her. "Oh! But he's not fit to do any kind of work yet! His wound is still pretty much fresh.'' "I totally agree with you! Take his class when he comes back.'' Vicky told her with a laugh. "Han class toh lungi..'' she was still talking when her eyes fell on the beer can sitting by the soup pot. She picked it up and showed it to vicky. "What's this doing here?'' Vicky bit his lips and looked away. "We added a little liquor in the soup to spice it up.'' Said Dev from the doorway. "Accha that's why we were dizzy ..'' she blurted out and glared angrily at Dev. "What were you guys thinking huh?'' Rahul came for their rescue. "They were trying to bring your phantom and you closer!'' He blabbered. Mahek hit vicky with the can but he ducked. "Chorungi nai mai Tum teeno ko!'' She chased them with a broom. Laughing,they fled from there. Mahek sighed. "You guys are one amazing bunch of people!'' She then smiled recalling her encounter with her phantom last night. "We kissed in our drunken state,will he kiss me when we are sober?'' With so many questions roaming her mind,she started chopping the vegetables. The guys came to help her. "We'll miss you when you go back.'' Dev told her. "I'm not going anywhere so soon and if I do go I'll come back to visit you all.'' She told them with confidence. "It's not so easy to visit us here..Why don't you stay with us permanently? I mean like as our bhabi?'' Asked vicky. "You mean like become your sanki brothers wife?'' The guys laughed and nodded their heads. Mahek grimaced. "You think he'll marry me? His enemies daughter? Uth ko pahad ke nichey laane mein wakt lagega.'' She told them. "We can help you with that!'' Dev told her. Frying the vegetables and Leaving them to cook,She kneaded the dough and rolled roti's. Her fingers burned when cooking the roti's so Dev and Rahul cooked it for her. Few minutes later all sat down to eat. "Good morning everyone!'' Shaurya entered the kitchen and dropped the firewood on the floor. Everyone wished him good morning. "Come join us!'' Said Dev. Shaurya looked at Mahek who was cooking the roti's and serving them. His mind took him back to last nights encounter. The smell of her hair, the taste of her mouth, the feeling of her skin seemed to have got inside him, or into the air all round him. He shook the thoughts off. "I'll just come.'' He walked towards Mahek. "Tum kya yahan ghar basane aayee ho?'' He asked. "Nahi..par agar Tum chaho toh Hum dono Ek saath ghar basa sakte hain phir humarey khoob saare chote chote bacchey hongey And we'll live happily ever after..'' She replied teasingly and blushed. Shaurya shook his head unbelievably. "Miss sharma this is not your job you know..these guys know how to cook so let them do it.'' Mahek placed Few roti's And curry on a plate and handed it to him. "Thanks for the reminder,but I'm very mad at you! Before I freak out and drive you nuts,patli gali se nikal lo!.'' Mahek threatened him. She sounded upset because he went in the woods and did what he was not suppose to do when his injuries were still fresh. "Pressure cooker ki Tarah garam kiyu ho rahi ho yaar...Jaa Raha Hun mai!'' He grabbed the plate and went back to where the group was. "Bhabi! One more roti please!'' Hollered vicky. "Bhabi kaun bey?'' Asked Shaurya. Before vicky could answer Mahek came there with the roti's. "I'm their Bhabi! Tumey Koi takleef hai?'' Guys suppressed their laughter while Shaurya just stared at her. "Ghooro Mat! Finish your food and come to your cabin! Mujhey tumari class leni hai ..I mean I will change the dressing on your wound.'' Saying that she left. Shaurya swallowed the big piece of roti which was in his mouth and choked on it. Vicky handed him a glass of water. "Take it easy Bhai!'' Shaurya stood up with his plate. "I will take her back to her home tonight!'' Everyone's countenance fell. They tossed their plates away and stormed out of there. "She doesn't belong here guys! She has to go back!'' He yelled behind them but nobody bothered to hear. "Bloody hell!''. He also pushed the plate away and strode towards his cabin.
As soon as he stepped in his cabin,Mahek pointed a gun at him. He raised his hands up! "What the hell?'' "Don't What the hell me! Close the door,Walk to the bed and sit down quietly!'' Ordered Mahek. "Miss sharma that's not a toy..drop it to the ground now!'' He ordered vehemently. "I know it's not a toy! Just do what I say or I'll shoot!'' Commanded Mahek. "Are you for real?'' He asked. "No I'm Mahek's ghost! A bad one! Now do what I say mister!'' Shaking his head unbelievably he locked the door and walked to his bed and sat down. "I did what you said now give me the gun!'' "Not yet Mr khanna..I have just started...now remove your shirt!'' She ordered again. Shaurya removed his shirt and tossed it away. "Now what?'' Mahek saw the dressing on the wound was soaked with blood. It hurt her. Her temperature rose. "What exactly do you think of me Shaurya? I left my job,my friends,my family and came here to save you! But it looks like I have wasted my time here! You don't want to get better do you? You didn't even appreciate the food I made for you ..I burned my hand but went on cooking but you didn't even care to eat neither you let the rest eat! What do you really want from me?'' Tears formed in her eyes and she flung the gun away. "You want me to leave na? Fine! I'll go and never show you my pretty face again!'' She grabbed her bag and started packing. Shaurya swiftly moved to the door and blocked her way. "I'll take you back when I want to! Not now!'' Mahek fumed and flung her bag on the floor. she ran to the washroom,locked herself in and cried bitterly. Shaurya felt bad when he heard her sobs. He tapped on the door. "Miss sharma! Open up! Look I'm really sorry..I promise I'll stay in the cabin and rest until I fully recover...please roh mat..I'll eat the food you made and do as you say..I give you my word..now come out please!'' Mahek's face lit up and she dried her tears. "Really? And you'll let me stay here as long as I want?'' She asked loudly. Shaurya let out a deep breath before he said yes. "Oh you are sugary sweet! I love you! I love you so much Shaurya!'' She cried out in excitement then bit her lips when realization struck her. "Haila! Yeh kya bak diya Main ne?'' Shaurya had heard her. "Hell no! This shouldn't have happened! She cannot love me!'' He cursed under his breath. The door opened and Mahek stepped out. There was something special with the way he looked at her and her heart raced with even glance. She had just confessed that she loved him. She wasn't exactly sure when it happened. Or even when it started. All she knew for sure was that right there and then, she was falling hard and she could only pray that he was feeling the same way. "Don't you be so nice to me; I fall in love so easily.'' Her voice sounded like a whimper. "Well you just did..didn't you?'' He asked and neared her with gentle yet firm steps. "Do you have anything else to say? Miss sharma?'' Mahek swallowed and took back steps until her back collided with the log wall. "Han ..I wanted to say I need to change your dressing..'' she stammered. Shaurya smirked. "Nice try! But that's not what I see in your eyes miss sharma! Go on Tell me!'' He Caged her in between his powerful arms as he placed them on both sides of her. Mahek thought her heart will explode at any minute as it had started to beat in her throat. His minty breath steamed her face,she felt like a fish trapped in the fishing net and escape was just impossible. "Go on miss sharma..I don't have whole day.'' Mahek gulped and looked at him. "I..I want to say that you make me weak in the knees but to be quite upfront and completely honest you make my body forget it has knees at all.She said it in one breath. He laughed. "That's it? That's all you have to say?'' He lifted his hand,His thumb skimmed her ear, dragged across her jaw until it was at the soft flesh of her chin. "Look at me..in my eyes.'' He pressed up, tilted her head to look at him, and when she did, her breath caught in her throat. Her sweaty hands curled into fists. "Good Lord! How can he be so stunningly beautiful, he rendered her speechless. Oh how she wanted to lose herself in those powerful arms! Butterflies did somersault in her tummy. "P..P..Please...'' She was falling once again. Falling through time and space and stars and sky and everything in between. She felt like she fell for days and weeks and what felt like lifetime across lifetimes. She fell until She forgot she was falling. Her beautiful trance broke and she landed back on earth when Shaurya spoke. "This love is forbidden..I can't love you..'' it hurt him to say that but he said it anyway for her safety. "I'm your enemies daughter that's why?'' She questioned with tears in her eyes. "No..it's not that.'' He moved away from her,turning his back on her. "I'm on the wanted list! I'm a bloody criminal! My life ends behind bars..if you come after me you'll ruin your life which I don't want so just back off and stop loving me.'' Mahek wiped her tears. "But it's too late na..I can't..I can't stop loving you ..it's not easy to stop loving you Shaurya..'' Shaurya didn't wanted to hurt her any further so he remained calm. "Do you mind Changing my dressing and bringing me my food?.'' He sat down on the bed and gestured towards his wound. Mahek smiled and removed his bandages. After cleaning his wound she applied antiseptic and wrapped it with fresh bandages. "Take your meds I'll go grab your food.'' Mahek handed him his meds and left from there. "I'm sorry Mahek..I won't let you ruin your life for me. I'll take you back to where you belong.'' Muttered Shaurya.
Few days went by. Shaurya obeyed Mahek's orders as he didn't wanted to hurt her in any way. He had made her a little bed and placed it just beside his hay-bed so she could sleep comfortably at night. "Yeh pyaar nai toh kya hai?'' She asked him one night but he pretended to be sleeping. Next day was raakhi. Vicky went to town and bought raakhi's on Mahek's request. She tied raakhi to everyone in the gang that day. "What do you want as your gift? Just order us.'' Said Dev. "Udhaar raha for now..when need arises I'll ask.'' She told them. Shaurya was watching them from his cabin. He decided to drop her off to her place that night. "Sorry miss sharma,I have to spike your drink to take you back..hope you'll forgive me.'' He poured some orange juice in glass and mixed it with alcohol. He ordered vicky to load the horse with Mahek's bags. "Are you taking her back?'' He asked. "Yes I am! It's about time she went home.'' Saying that he walked towards Mahek and handed her the glass. "Juice for you!'' Mahek smiled and took it from his hand. "So sweet of you..Itna pyaar se agar Tum mujhey poison bhi doge na toh bhi Main pii lungi.'' She winked at him and gulped it down. "I have spiked your drink miss sharma..'' Mahek's eyes widened in shock. "But why?'' He grabbed her arm and hauled her to him. "Let's go I'll take you for a horse ride.'' Just then vicky came there with black beauty. Dev and Rahul opened their mouth to question him but Shaurya raised his hands in the mid air to stop them. The Guys shut their mouth at once. Mahek's head started to spin. Shaurya climbed up the horse first and helped Mahek to climb after. He seated her on his front and pulled the reins. Black beauty started galloping. Gang members stood there watching him take Mahek away. "Why do they look sad? Are you taking me away?'' She asked. Shaurya was quite as he too was feeling like crying. "Bolo na phantom! Are you taking me back to my fathers house?'' She lifted her head and saw his face in the moonlight. "Oh you look sad too! You don't want me to go! Don't you?'' "What I want it doesn't matter! You came here and saved our lives,now it's my job to take you back to your home safely.'' He told her. "I will come back to you Shaurya..I can't be away from you for too long..'' Tears swam in her eyes as she reached and palmed his cheek. "Have you ever watched a leaf leave a tree? It falls upward first, and then it drifts toward the ground, just as I find myself drifting towards you. Our love story doesn't end here..I have a million things to talk to you about...we can't be done with each other..not yet. You know All I want in this world is you. I want to see you and talk to you everyday and every night. I want the two of us to begin everything from the beginning but you stupid phantom is taking me away! This is not done Mister! Itni jaldhi Main haar nai maanungi! I'm not weak and my love is not weak samjhe tum?'' To his surprise she reached and kissed his hairy cheeks. "I love you Shaurya..I love you like a fat kid loves cakes!'' Shaurya couldn't restrain himself from laughing and he laughed softly at the last four words. "Did you just laugh?'' She Asked drowsily. "No! It was the horse!'' "Oh really? I didn't know horses laughed too! Silly me!'' She pulled his cheeks. "Ask your Dad he knows.'' "Oh! And why would my dad know?'' She questioned as her eyes fluttered. "Because he's related to the horses!'' Scoffed Shaurya. Both burst out laughing. And then she collapsed on him as the alcohol kicked in.
At midnight,Shaurya entered sharma house and placed sleeping Mahek on her bed. "Thank you for everything Mahek...you are one amazing girl I ever met. Wishing you all the best for your future. I'll miss...'' He couldn't finish what he was saying when the clock in the hall struck 12. He had to leave! He hurried towards the window then stopped and turned. She was sleeping like the sleeping beauty. He went back to her bed,leaning over her he planted a feather like kiss on her forehead. A smile crept on her lips even in her sleep. "Good Bye sleeping beauty..'' He felt his eyes moisten as he walked back to the window and climbed down.
Next morning,Mahek found herself in her room surrounded by her parents who were bombarding her with questions. "I was with the black panthers! What will you do? Arrest me? You can't do anything to me dad because you don't have any proof that I was with them!'' Mahek argued with her dad. "Shobha,Tell your daughter in a months time she'll be married and out of here!'' He threatened them. "No need dad! I'm moving out of here anyway!'' Shobha tried to calm them down. Mr Sharma stormed out of her room swearing under his breath. "He can not be my dad! He's a criminal! He must have done terrible things to Shaurya or his family that's why he's after dad and his criminal friends!'' Snapped Mahek. "Is it Shaurya Khanna?'' Her Mother Asked with sweat breaking on her forehead. "Yes mom..wait a minute! You you know him? Or his family maybe?'' Shobha just swallowed and wiped her sweat. "No..I don't know any Shaurya Khanna...'' shobha lied. "Go freshen up and meet me at the breakfast table,we have a lot to catch up on.'' She caressed her cheeks and left. "I'm sure you know about Shaurya..whatever it is I'll find out.'' For few days Mahek spent some time with her mother and later packed her bags. "I can't live with a criminal in the house mom! Black panthers will come for his life and kill him one day!'' Saying that she moved in with Sonal. Shobha let her go. "Meri Jaan it's so good to see you back in one piece! How was your stay with your phantom and your dewars?'' Asked Sonal while hugging her friend. Mahek sank on the bed. "I'm in love Sonal! I can't sleep, I can't eat, I can't do anything but think about him. At night I dream of him, all day I wait to see him, and when l'll actually see him I think my heart will turn over and I think I will faint with love.'' Mahek broke down and wept bitterly. "Oh poor baby come here..'' Sonal hugged her friend and cried with her. Later,Mahek told her everything that happened back at the base. "Wow! They seem to be very decent people.'' Said Sonal. "Yes they are! And I love each one of them.'' More tears formed in her eyes. "I have a feeling that Shaurya is about to fall hard for you..things are about to change Janeman!'' Sonal gave her hope. "I'll be the luckiest and happiest girl on that day!'' Mahek blushed.
Weeks went by. Mahek got a job as a nurse. Each day everyday she waited for her phantom to pay her a visit but he never came. "Enough is enough Shaurya! I'm coming for you!'' To get just one glimpse of him she made kheer for the entire gang and headed towards the jungle. "Mahek ruk jaao yaar..there are wild animals in the forests! You'll become their meal in no time!'' Cried Sonal. "Agar Mera pyaar saccha hai then he will come to my rescue.'' Telling her that she kept on walking towards the forests. Sonal quickly sent vicky a text message. "Mahek is coming to meet you guys please find her before the wild beasts does!'' On the other side vicky showed the message to Shaurya. "Yeh ladki ayse nai maanegi! I'll teach her a lesson today!'' Shaurya equipped himself and climbed on the horse. "Bhai please! Agar bhabi ko Kuch huwa na toh consider me dead!'' Cried vicky. But Shaurya was already gone. Black beauty was ripping through the jungle in search of her masters love. On the other side,Mahek was hurt and exhausted. She had cuts and bruises on her body from the bush and the wild grass. Suddenly a leopard jumped in front of her wanting to devour her. Mahek screamed. Her voice echoed and reached Shaurya's ears. "Faster buddy faster!'' Black beauty increased its speed. Hungry Leopard was about to pounce on shivering Mahek when Shaurya fired a shot and the beast collapsed on the ground. "Phantom? I knew you would come and you came!'' Her smile deepened. When black beauty saw her, she neighed with joy, and trotted up to her. "Hey friend!'' She pat and stroked her. Black beauty was happy to see her after so long. Mahek looked at Shaurya. "I missed you! Did you?'' Shaurya just stared at her and how her rosy petals moved. "I know you did! I just came to say hi...how are the others doing? I made kheer for you guys...do you mind taking me to them?'' "Hogaya aapka?'' He asked. "Han ji hogaya..'' she took a deep breath in and out. "Tumey simple Hindi samajh nai aati kya? Chinese bolu?'' Mahek shook her head in no with a pout. "I told you not to come here then why did you?'' Tears filled her eyes. "You are not happy to see me? At least ask me if I'm ok or not! Can't you see how hurt I am? Bass aatey hi lag gay gala pharne!'' She wiped her tears and looked at him. "Why do you hate me so much? Mere Baap ka gussa mujhpar kiyu nikaal rahe ho tum? Meri kya galti hai..what did I do? What crime did I commit? Bass tum se pyaar hii toh kiya hai..'' she sobbed. "Han Han I hate you! I hate your dad,your family and everyone else! I hate myself too! Do you want to know why? Chalo mere saath I'll show you something today!'' He pulled her up on the the horse and told the horse to move. The horse galloped away out of the jungle and to a village. "Where are you taking me? Please say something!'' She pleaded. "Don't worry I have no intention of kidnaping my enemies daughter!'' They arrived in a village. Mahek noticed the houses there were scattered and the place was not so congested and the entire village looked clean. "Who lives here?'' Asked Mahek when he helped her down. "My parents!'' Mahek was shocked. "What?'' "You heard me Miss sharma!'' He grabbed her hand and brought her to a house which looked like a guest house on a hill station surrounded by greeneries. "Mom! Dad!'' He hollered from the doorway. When nobody opened he unlocked the door with a spare key and entered inside. "Mom where are you? Dad?'' "They are here in the room!'' A maid replied from inside. Mahek's heart was thudding in its rib cage. Shaurya dragged her to their room. "Ma,papa! Look what I have here! Meet Miss Mahek sharma,daughter of Vijay sharma!'' Both Harish and Karuna who was unwell sat up on the bed. Mahek joined her hands. "Namaste'' Both Harish and Karuna nodded and greeted her. Karuna gave Shaurya a questionable look. "I brought her here to tell what her dad did to us!'' Said Shaurya. "Like this? Dragging her by her wrist? Haath chor ladki ka!'' Karuna scolded him. "Mom,She's our enemies daughter!'' "So what? Her father is the culprit and not his daughter! We can't punish her for what her dad did to us! Come here bacchey..sit beside me.'' Shaurya couldn't believe what he was hearing. Tables had turned. Mahek smiled and freed her hand from his grasp. She hurried and sat beside Karuna. Harish and Karuna studied her really well. "You look very familiar bacchey ..like someone who worked in our office long time ago.'' Harish blabbered. Karuna signalled him not to say any further. "Why are you both in bed..I mean are you sick ..?'' Shaurya cut her off. "This is all because of your dad dammit! My parents are suffering because of your family!'' Fumed Shaurya. "Shaurya,issme bacchi ki kya galti hai beta?'' Karuna interrupted him. Mahek joined her hands and begged. "Please tell me what my dad did to you..to the family..I want to know everything please.'' Before Karuna could speak,Shaurya grabbed her hand. "I'll tell you everything! Come with me!'' Mahek looked at Karuna who nodded her head to go with him. He brought her to his room and closed the door. "Sit down.'' Mahek sat down on his bed and he sank beside her. "I was very little..around five or so and in boarding school. My dad and your dad were business partners and very good friends. I remember meeting him and your brother once when I came back for school holidays but I never knew he had a daughter too because you were nowhere to be seen at that time. Anyway,our business started to make huge profits. And your dad on the other hand had started to steal money from the business without my dad's knowledge and the business was gradually drowning in debts. One day your dad threw a party and intoxicated my dad. My dad got so drunk that he forgot where he was and what he was doing that night. Your dad took advantage of his drunken state. He made him sign some legal documents and transferred dad's business,properties and bank accounts under his name. We were ruined and became poor in just one night. Next day my parents ended up in the hospital and later on the streets. I was unaware of this at that time. Later dad got a job as a general labourer and my mom worked in a garment factory. They worked hard,day and night and built this house and also paid for my school and courses. A day came when I graduated from college and came home. Upon asking about the business, dad told me what had happened,how his friend stabbed him behind his back. We couldn't do anything because your dad was the law ..the famous crown prosecutor in Delhi and your brother was the chief of police who worked hand in hand. Left with no option I took an oath that day to ruin your family and bring them on the street just like they did to my family! I can't stand your dad Mahek! I'll kill him if I see him I'm telling you!'' By the time Shaurya ended,Mahek was in tears. She was speechless and ashamed of what her dad did to this wonderful family. She was full of shame and embarrassed to face Shaurya and his family. She decided she can't be in Shaurya's life anymore for what her dad did. She will remind him of her dad's evil deeds if she's around him. She stood up and wiped her tears. Without a word she walked out of there and went towards his parents room. "Mahek?'' Shaurya called behind her and rushed after her. He found her standing in front of his parents with joined hands. "I'm sorry for what my dad did to you..on behalf of him and my family I'm apologizing ..I wish I could return to you what my dad snatched from you..I'll make sure justice will be served and the criminals will be put behind bars. I'm really sorry once again..'' She wiped her tears and turned to go. "Ek minute bacchey!'' Hollered Harish. Mahek turned and faced him. "I smell something nice and delicious!'' Harish sniffed. "Oh it's the kheer in my bag,I made it for the black panthers.'' Answered Mahek. "Can I have a little?'' "Oh of course!'' Mahek looked at Karuna ma for the kitchen. "It's that side,just by the dinning room.'' Said Karuna. "Thank you Beta!'' Harish Just had to say. "Ladki sundar hai..acchi cook bhi hai..bahu ban kar aagayee toh Mera hii phayda hoga..you know how much I love food.'' Harish whispered to Karuna. Mahek turned to go and bumped into Shaurya. He steadied her. "Sambhal ke yaar! Diyaan kaha hai tumara? Ghar chor kar aayee ho kya?'' "Sorry!'' She apologized without looking at him and left. "Humey ladki pasand hai! Uski Baap ki toh aysi ki taysi! Utha la ladki ko!'' Harish gave his opinion. "Dad! You know I can't do that!'' Shaking his head unbelievably he followed Mahek to the kitchen. "Bowls are up there..Ek second I'll get it for you.'' Shaurya offered his help and reached for the upper shelf and grabbed few bowls. Mahek still didn't utter a word. She just wanted to hide herself and cry. She was feeling disgusted for what her dad did. Suppressing her tears she poured the kheer in the bowls. "Tum Kuch kahogi nai? Dahi kiyu jama liya muh ke andar?'' He was bugging her on purpose,he wanted her to speak and say something but she stayed numb. Placing the bowls on the tray she started leaving when Shaurya grabbed her hand. "Mahek please say something.. I'm not used to seeing you like this..'' she looked at him with glossy eyes. "I know you won't be holding me in your arms anymore, but can you hold my memory in high regard? I know I cannot be in your life,but least can you let me live in your heart?'' Her voice was pleading. Shaurya just stilled for a moment. Her tears streamed down her cheeks and he wiped it with the back of his fingers. "You know these few weeks while I was away from you,i heard the breeze whisper your name to the trees one night as I was watching the moon. And the flowers in the garden giggled smiling at the leaves. I and my loneliness kept talking about you. Now that I know the truth..It hurts that I was just one page in the book of your life...But what hurts more is knowing you'll revise that chapter someday..and you'll erase me completely.'' She turned and hurried out of there as more tears made its way down her cheeks. "Mahek! Please Meri baath toh suno!'' Just then his cell phone rang and he got busy with it. In the room,Mahek served them the kheer. "This is so delicious! Must say you have magic in your hands! Kiyu Karuna Main ne theek Kaha na?'' Harish complimented her. "Bilkul theek Kaha Harish ji! I wish she could cook for us everyday!'' Said Karuna. Mahek forced a smile. "I wish! But thanks for the compliments! Take care both of you..and it was a pleasure meeting you both.. main chalti Hun.'' She grabbed her bag and ran out of there. "She's not that criminal Vijay's daughter! Shaurya froze at the door and felt like the floor slipping away from under his feet. "Mahek is not vijay sharma's daughter?'' He asked to confirm if he heard it right. "You heard it right Shaurya. Mahek is seema's daughter. Vijay's wife shobha knows everything about it but she won't tell.'' Said Harish. Shaurya inhaled and exhaled. "I need to tell her that she lives with her mothers murderer!'' He rushed outside to find her gone! "Dammit! Where will I find her? I can't go to her home like this!'' He climbed on the black beauty and rode to his base to figure out something with the gang.
Meanwhile Mahek reached sharma house. Vijay and shobha were having evening tea and snack when Mahek went and stood in front of them. "Dad,I want you to return back to Harish khanna what you snatched from them! Their properties,bank accounts and their business!'' Vijay drank the hot tea and burned his mouth. He freaked out and shobha attended him. "So you found out huh? Are you investigating on me?'' He scoffed. "Truth cannot be hidden for too long dad! Black panthers will burn you alive if you they catch you!'' Her warning sent him chills down his spine. He shivered. "Coward!'' Mahek muttered softly. "Ok ok fine! I'll give them everything! Just marry the home ministers son!'' He laid his condition. "Fine dad! I'll marry that beast but before that you'll transfer everything to the khanna's in front of a lawyer.'' "Consider it done!'' Vijay Agreed and left from there to break the news to the home minister. "This marriage proposal is for his benefit,isn't it Mom?'' Asked Mahek. Shobha didn't know what to tell her. "I can't believe you knew this all along and never said a word to me. You are a part of this mom! Do something before you end up in jail too!'' Mahek walked to her room like lifeless rag doll and collapsed on her bed. Whole night she cried.
Next chapter :- Shaurya comes to know about the wedding and kidnaps Mahek before she could reach the mandap and takes her to his family in the village. She finds out the sharma's are not her real parents. MehRya joins hand to ruin Vijay sharma. Shobha pays a surprise visit to the khanna's. Stay tuned guys.
