Acp only saw vikku from his back side and said "iss aadha nanga aadmi kaun hai".. Then vikku went through a tree and came as UV... Acp did not see his face at all. Ya u r right acp recognized vikku during muh dikhayi.. May be if acp had seen vikku face in camera footage he might have recognised him..
