Barun Sobti, who is missing in action from the small screen, is all geared up to return but on the digital medium this time. Barun has been a charmer in true sense with his handsome looks and great acting prowess. He first rose to fame with Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon wherein his chemistry with Sanaya Irani was a hit. Fans still rave and crave to see the dashing jodi return on the small screens. Sobti was recently bestowed with the Best Actor award for his yet to be released movie, 22 Yards. The actor won several praises in 2017 for his movie Tu Hai Mera Sunday.
Recognising Barun for his acting prowess, Barun was awarded the award at the Bay Area South Asian Film Festival 2018 which was held in San Frasisco where the movie was premiered. Shot in Kolkata, the movie was directed by Mitali Ghosh and is based on cricket. His fanclub shared a video of the man accepting the award and it is not to be missed. Barun returned to the small screens last year with the third season of IPKKND wherein he was paired alongside Shivani Tomar. The show went off air in three months of going on air as the audience failed to accept Barun with anyone else and the storyline did not click with them. Barun is married to his teenage lover Pashmeen Manchanda and the two are major couple goals.
