Kabeer is a hopeless character. If he can't divorce Rukhsar as he does not have a reason then what reason did he have to divorce Zara? Kazi Saheb is such a hypocrite that when his own daughter was given her meher (looked as if he was buying her off) and giving her divorce while he was standing by watching, not once did he ask Kabeer the reason,solid,good reason for him to divorce her. Had she cheated on him? Had she refused him his conjugal rights? If not, then what ground did he have to divorce her? If at that time he had no reason to divorce Zara, then why was he allowed to get away with it? And now, he cannot divorce Rukhsar because he does not have a reason? Really? Today he married Rukhsar out of mazhabi majboori,can't divorce her for mazhabi majboori, tomorrow he will sleep with her for the same just like he did with Zara, remember? He is such a sad excuse of a man, such a bad example of a Muslim and the worst husband a woman can end up with.

With regards to Zara asking for Khula, her father yet again proved to be a hypocrite. Her husband cheated on her, married another woman without her knowledge and consent and hid it from her. This is not reason for a divorce? Is Kazi Saheb mad?

I knew Kabeer was a hypocrite since the talaq track was introduced, his double standards and manipulation are impossible to overlook and I wrote him off as an a** long back but now Zara's father has added himself to my list. He is equally a hypocrite.

Zara lost all my respect when she came running back to Kabeer's home immediately after him divorcing her. But staying in this house even a minute after knowing what a cheat her husband is just killed Zara's character for me. For all her tall dialogues, she has proven herself to be one of the most disempowered woman I have seen on TV and I have seen a lot of them.
