bollywood did try to do lip sync battle, it was on star plus and Farah khan was the host, it wasn't very good tbh, it was too staged and they tried to add too many comedic moments to it

and yeh i agree, i dont think many wud be able to do this drop the mic thing, maybe some like ranveer and arjun cud do it as they dont mind making fun of themselves, but many others wud get too offended
