Invalidity of marriage

Today in one of the interview Kabir said that A nikah is not valid if it has done with the intention of divorce
So he was trying to prove this nikah invalid like this but this point has already been covered in halala track where they declared Abeda's halala nikah invalid as it was done with the intention of divorce
But now since the truth is in front of everyone and they are questioning kabir, so he will tell exactly what had happened and what he thinks of this marriage, everyone are shown to be angry with him but are makers gonna show us her that someone is questioning or at least thinking about Rukhsar s iddah and start investigating while Zara is still trying to collect herself or we have to wait until their patch up and then they will start working on declaring this nikah invalid
One thing is sure we will need lot of flashbacks and dream sequence to fill in zabir romance until they are not together

Iddah here doesn't seem to be the priority after seeing today's interview. As for Zara fixing this mess , I don't think that will happen either. Her epic break down and depression speak volumes. As much as she loves kabeer her screaming it's over isn't something to take lightly. A simple explanation of why he did this won't be enough to fix the damage he's done . This time he broke her spirit completely! It's kabeers fight this time around and he has to fix everything on top of rebuilding his relationship with Zara . Tables have turned once again and it's kabeers turn to win back Zara trust along with everyone else around him .

Exactly my point, Zara is broken beyond repair right now, she is not in a condition to think anything . There are few spoilers going on like she will ask Irfan to take her home, she will tell kabir that she can't stay with her so kabir will move into another room.
Right now kabir has two task first to stop Rukhsar further troubling Zara and win Zara back, they will drag this thing to at least 2-3 weeks, which is okay but kabir said in an interview that he wants to take care of his relationship with Zara first, then he will take care of Rukhsar
If Rukhsar thinks she won, then she is wrong, now kabir has nothing to worry about and once he will gain everyone s faith back, they will support him as well but my thing is that do we have to wait till then for them to realize that now this marriage needs to end
It will be the best if kabir will cancel this nikah and prove to Zara that nothing is over
I just can't let Rukhsar think that she won and she will get whatever she wants

just have a doubt. they say that a nikah is valid only when the partners have been physically intimate after nikah. but here kabir and ruksar never had any physical intimacy. and moreover when a partner in marriage is not ready to have physical relation then the nikah becomes invalid isnt it. kabir can use this point and take talaq na?

Not exactly, physical intimacy has to have both parties willing. When Zara and kabeer first married they didn't consummate the wedding right away . When you are in an arranged marriage it's awkward at first and takes some time for the couple to get comfortable with each other inorder to have this connection. That doesn't mean the couple isn't married during the period they are getting to know each other .

It's much different In a case that a person is forced into a marriage and has no intention on making it work or consummating it period like a girl or guy that is forced into marriage by her parents and has absolutely no interest in the partner . That's why kabeer says his marriage to ruksaar is invalid. He married her because he had no other choice not to make her his wife but to get the paper work done with intent that it's very temporary once she is safe he would give her talaq . It's not right,fair, or ideal but that's the only way he found at that time where it was literally do or die. Kabeer's biggest problem isn't the nikah it's self. It's his lieing by omission keeping the truth from everyone and keeping the wedding secret in the process
