Dipika is smart and intelligent but not cunning. There is hardly any celebs that are cunning (not sure about Neha though). Most of all most of the celebs are dumb. The reason why u think dipika is cunning coz she is playing the game smartly and that doesn't necessarily mean that you having to be cunning but you need intelligence. Dipika has that whereas the other celebs don't.
