Anjana will not hesitate before doing something like this coz by doing this she is only creating a negative perception of Aditya in Zoya's mind which will prompt her to walk out of her son's life n she knows Harsh won't let anything happen to Adi. This will drive a wedge between AdiYa n that is what she wants. I know Zoya will not believe it right away but Anjana will create such circumstances since she murdered PooSh n she knows what kind of false evidences she can implant against Adi to make Zoya believe Adi killed PooSh. Only Sakshi can prove Adi innocent now. It won't be Zoya.

I think there are three people playing tricks at the same time:

1) Anjana is behind the sms. Somehow she gets to know that AdiYa are now married and wanted to destroy their first night. Hence she sent a disturbing message.

She also got Waseem caught, so that she can create a rift between AdiYa.

Anjana's agenda is to play tricks only with Zoya's mind, hence she is using Waseem and Yash to weaken her emotionally. Anjana is not harming Adi

2) Waseem's agenda has come clear that he wanted to take Zosh back to teach AdiYa a lesson. Now that he is in jail, will he get further enraged on not, time will tell that. But for now he is not behind the scene.

3) An unknown (or probably known) third person is behind harming AdiYa, so that they can frame either Anjana, Waseem or the real killer of PooSh. This person's intent could be to take revenge regarding PooSh or dig through the dark secrets. This person is using AdiYa as a medium through which deeper culprits can be exposed.

This is my take.

But if zoya does believe by all the false evidences..she would make him go to jail too..no matter how.mich she loves him she will stand for justice..thats itv rule..so...would anjana want him arrested?..asmlong as things remain inside home its fine..but something that harms aditya..how could anjana donit knowingly..
