She is indeed dominative and fake. But what else housemates can do as now they are stucked and need to eat from her hand forcefully.

She cries bucket and runs to console those who cries. If she is so much soft minded then would never be rude and cruel to anybody which shows how fake she is.

I have not seen Deepika acting rude without reason.
Romil and Deepika were in task earlier and something must have happened during the task that triggered this behavior from Deepika.
Romil is outspoken during task and Singles were not happy with some of his actions.
I like both Romil and Deepika. Both are good for the show.
