She feels insecure when kunal stays with mauli and his family. Uper uper se in front of kunal she shows that she understands kunal's situation and Didi's condition but when it comes to sacrifice her quality time with kunal, she immediately starts shivering/crying/sulking etc.

She continuesly calls and messages him to keep a check on him. If kunal changes her mind that she will loose her only toy whom she feeds kheer, does sex/hug and she uses to Live her in own la la land that she is Mrs. Malhotra.

Nandini is psycho . For me , Nandini doesn't love kunal too. Kunal is merely toy for her whom she uses to statisfy her emotional and physical needs. If kunal leaves her than after a few months of shiver and cry she can easily move on with new toy who satisfies her crave of getting attention all day by giving her wifey right without making her legal wife.
