Rukhsar's iddah

The way Rukhsar was talking to that girl in today's episode, it looks like Humdan did die 3 months 25 days ago, so she was 15 days short to her iddah completion, it is still invalid unless Dubai has some separate rules for iddah
There is another possibility that due to his torture, Rukhsar ran away and hiding at her friends place and then Humdan find that one out and took her somewhere to kill her

All the roads led to Rome meaning in all cases she didn't complete her iddah
If he died 40 days ago as his family did the ritual today she is only 1 month and 10 days .
If she stayed at her friends house like ran away right after murdering him that was only 3 months.
If we give the demon the benifit of the doubt and believe her 3 months and 25 day claim she is still short. No matter what she isn't done and has no business getting married to anyone!

So what is chalisva? Can they do it after 40 days as well. Another question if the qazi who read their nikah what if he is fake? Is the nikah invalid as it's not done by correct person?

I don't speak Urdu or Hindi I have no idea unless that's the name of the 40 day ritual.if the Qazi is fake the nikah is fake too . Has to be done and registered by someone licensed

Yes chalisva is 40thday
I guess we have to wait for this marriage to be over , then kabir will tell Zara and once her initial shock wears off she will start thinking rationally ( hopefully) , we have already seen Rukhsar coming between kabir and Zara, we will see it next few weeks until we get rid of this nikah, then it will be time for Hasim and Miraj to come back as Miraj did not get exit, his story is still untold

Have a feeling Zara won't breakdown as much as we want her to. Maybe she's a few tears and move on just like the past . She is too blind in his love to do anything drastic.

She will be hurt that kabir got married to Rukhsar, but she will understand that he had to do it to save her life
But I feel the thing which hurt her more was the fact that he hid the marriage from her, she might misunderstand him there, but she loves kabir too much to leave him, so it will be a momentary setback. It won't be dragged for months like EK serial
The moment she will see Rukhsar is back to her old habits and she wants to snatch kabir from her, she will take charge of situation
How long we will see cat fight of Zara and Rukhsar, or this time it looks like it's betw kabir and Rukhsar , it will be the different when you give QH to Rukhsar and then snatch that QH from her

Can 40th be performed on 40th day only or you can perform it after 40 days as well, like in this case if they don't know when person actually died?
