For silsila element.. nandini can fall in love with kunal looking at how amazing hubby he is. But she will control herself.

And kunal will never cheat mauli. At some point he get emotional support from nandini and he may feel something for nandini too. But again wont cross limit. I dont believe that a man who is deeply in love with a woman for 7+ years can fall out of her. So he too may develope some feeling for nandini after long time but wont turn to lust

And mouli.. she is still good in show.. but yeah she wont push kunal and nandini much?

Nandini comes home with Kunal and Mauli. Mauli gets busy as she is trying to set up the clinic for Kunal. Kunal feels lonely and thinks Mauli is working so hard as he is not working. He starts feeling disheartened. Meanwhile Nandini too is struggling to get back on her feet .the two starts bonding. They develop a deep bond which eventually turns into love. They both realise it but can't hurt Mauli. They struggle on how to deal with it. They try to move away from each other but something or the other keeps coming up. Meanwhile Kunal learns Mauli has set up his clinic. He feels even more guilty. He breaks up with Nandini and tries to move on with Mauli. Nandini too dupports him as she realises how much Mauli loves him and also as she doesn't want to break Mauli's home to build her own. However the two feel guilty of hiding thinds from Mauli and decide to confess the truth and let ger decide. But just before this Mauli learns truth through Rajdeep. She misundetands Kunal and Nandini have been cheating on her for a long time. She leaves Kunal. Nandini suffers as people blame her.

Hmm Maybe K and N are like childhood sweethearts but for some reason they get separated during their college life. N gets married to R and K gets married to M. K and M are happy together and then they cross paths with N and R. After finding out about N's abusive relationship they give N shelter in their house and help her through this difficult time. K and N's feelings from years ago start reigniting but they control themselves. They don't want to hurt M. N decides to leave their lives because she doesn't want to be the reason for any tension between K and M's relationship. After like a 5 year leap, N is shown as a independent woman. All three meet again. K and M have a child now. Though K and N still have feelings for each other they will never act on them because so many lives can be destroyed.
