anticipates a sequel of the much-loved
comedy-drama. Gossip mills were abuzz
with the news of Dostana 2 in the pipeline,
but there was no news of confirmation of
the casts. Well, with this news the Dostana
fans can rejoice as we know the actor who
has been approached for the movie. The
actor has made a name in Bollywood with
his back to back superhits. His recent movie
too was a hit on the box-office. Guess,

Rajkummar Rao who has been offered
Dostana 2. While, a confirmation that the
actor has taken up the offer is still awaited,
but if he takes it, it would be really
interesting to watch him bromance. What

The news of Dostana 2 has been in
headlines for quite some time now. The
director of Dostana, Tarun Mansukhani, has
been replaced by Karan Johar. It was being
said that, apparently, Karan didn't like the
drafts brought up by Tarun for the sequel.
So, Karan has decided on a new team to
pilot Dostana 2, headed by Colin D'Cunha.
Colin has worked as a former assistant
director to Rajkumar Hirani in Sanju and
Advait Chandan in Secret Superstar.
For the uninitiated, the bold comedy-drama,
Dostana was set in Miami and told the story
of two men pretending to be gay in order to
get an apartment with a woman. The movie
featured Priyanka Chopra, John Abraham
and Abhishek Bachchan in the lead.
