What would happen if Zara call this wedding illegal and Kabeer calls it legal...

Mostly women Iddha is observed to make sure that the women womb is clear...

If Ruksar is gonna be executed then it means that her womb is Clear. Else they will not do this execution if she is pregnant.

So Kabeer thinks that Her womb is clear and she served minimum 3 months and 10 days so the Marriage is Valid... This Stretch of 4 months and 10 days is to make sure the movement of the Male and Female fetus as the time varies for them...

But The Widow Iddha is not excluded from the Define period of 4 months and 10 days have more reasons than Just the womb is Clear...

Things Not Permissible During Iddat
A woman observing the Iddat of death should neither go out of the house nor remarry, nor indulge in beautifying herself through make-up. During Iddat, all these things are Haraam (Forbidden) for her.
Hadith
The Holy Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi wa sallam) has said that it is not permissible for a believer to mourn for anyone for more than three days, except the widow whose period of mourning (when not pregnant) on the death of her husband is four months and ten days.

Observing a Period of Mourning is Waajib
RULES:
  • It is necessary (Waajib) upon every adult and sane Muslim woman to observe Iddat (mourn) the death of her husband. It is not necessary upon a woman who is a disbeliever, insane or did not attain puberty.
  • It is Haraam (strictly prohibited) to make an express proposal of marriage to a woman observing the Iddat of Death. It is also Haraam to contract a Nikah with such a woman. Such a nikah will be null and void.
  • It is Haraam upon a female observing Iddat to apply perfume; to don ornaments, jewellery or decorations of any sort; to wear eye makeup, such as Kohl (antimony) or galena; to chew or apply colour on the lips, teeth or gums; to apply oil on the head; to comb the hair (in order to beautify herself); to use henna; to wear silken or other gaudy dresses.
  • It is permissible to bath and wash the hair during Iddat.
The wisdom of this instruction to adopt simplicity is two-fold: it is done to show respect and honour for the sanctity of the marriage bond and the time spent with her husband; also to avoid the possibility of receiving marriage proposals.

Ruksar doesn't even have the guilt of being a murderer. Respecting the Sanity of the Marriage tho door ki bath... She doesn't even have the Guilt that Because of her some one Lost his life. Even iota of Grief.
She should have this Grief all her life for killing some one.

A family is in deep grief because of her. She is here to celebrate her new marriage.

A Mother Lost her Son forgave her. No respect for her Grief. Thats Ruksar
A father Lost her Son. Sisters Lost their Brother. No grief. Till yesterday she doesn't know whether she would be alive.

This is the beauty of Ruksar Character... No Nothing... NO GUILT EVEN AFTER KILLING SOME ONE IN HER HANDS.

When the whole city questioned Kabeer and Zara for being together after Divorce...

Wont the same people Question Kabeer and Ruksar for their new marriage...Where Ruksar all dressed up like a Bride after her husband death. Till yesterday was there in Dubai Jail...

No shame for being an accused in Jail. A Murderer... No guilt for crime ... No Mourning for her loss of Husband... Came here to celebrate...Ready to celebrate her new marriage...

What the people would think... What the society would think...

Obviously the makers will create another drama of how they think differently, media gets involved, families are against each other while in between all this Ruksaar is happily watching on and Zeenat is just deliriously happy that her sister/apple of her eye is reunited with her.

They will show Zara being hurt but somehow Kabir will convince her that her thinking is wrong and Zara having no other option will come back and live with him.

So then everyday it'll be a battle to see who Kabir spends time with. As it's his Farz and Zeenat will pointedly remind him as Ruksaar acts as the coy bride. Then slowly the sisters will plot against Zara of how she's trying to get rid of Ruksaar by plotting fake injuries.

So Ruksaar's bajjo ensures "sautan" (Zara) is out of their house permanently and her darling sister finally won her Kabir.

As much as we wish the makers would do something for once for Zara and Kabir's relationship, they only will show us how they are apart.

So best suggestion is to stop worrying about the plot as now the makers can show anything. And we dear, being the realistics and logical thinkers can never even imagine or come up with the future illogical and twisted plots.

Since Kabeer is assuming Zara will understand situation and support him, though he is scared she'll be hurt and her love may decrease.. writers/directors may show reverse that Zara won't support or forgive him easily.. 😳 Zara may remind Kabeer that he is supposedly fatherly figure to Ruksar as he has sent her off as Hamdaan's wife from Ahmad house instead of his father doing those rituals after her wedding.

Feel if re-marriage rituals are complete in Siddiqui house and only after that Zara comes to witness Ruksar's Nikha dhamaka, she may not return to Ahmad's house but stays back in her maternal house or her parents won't let her go sasural, as Salma would be doubly hurt+scared of psycho Ruksar harming her daughter. This time Kazi may ask Zara to withdraw her resignation from Shariya board and firmly decides to make her nayab Kazi and asks her to live her life with dignity and purpose not blinded by one man's love and conditions on giving up everything to uphold a baseless marriage.

I don't think this is possible. The Quran is pretty clear that if a husband dies, a woman's iddah has to be 4 months and 10 days. There is no argument against it.

Unfortunately if he had married her any other way I would agree with you . But here he truly believes she is innocent and that's the only way he could save her life. Kabeer believes Zara will be upset at first but when she thinks about it she will be proud of him for doing so
I posted a link to that interview in one of the other threads

There is no argument about that . But remember he was desperate at the time. He was so engrossed in reaching Zara he probably didn't hear what she said when the Qazi asked about her iddah the quasi was satisfied and continued then kabeer said qubool hai so he thinks he married her legally. Only Zara will figure out it's not valid.
