I think the point behind Zoya's nikaah look was to show how she was being burdened with expectations.
The outfit was heavy. The jewellery was heavy. Everything seemed like it was too much so maybe they wanted to show through her outfit that she was going through all this to keep her father happy. That the burden of making him happy was swallowing her whole.
The clothes, the jewellery, they were all metaphors for the expectations she felt she had to uphold.

Whereas this look we've seen from segments seem to imply that she feels lighter after having emerged from the shell of her guilt and her past and expectations. She feels free and that is shown not only through her expressions but also through her dress.
