Vikrant may have told Ruhi fake things about him , like he would had lied about of his vansh , coz Ruhi would be knowing na which vansh is enemy of sheshnag vansh

It is possible that Ruhi was born before her mom turned icchadhari. They may have showed a little human form Bela that day just to show their conversation to audience.

Vikrant is fraud. So he would have lied to Ruhi about some things. That line "aaj hum 100 saalo ki baad", may be like their milan is happening after 100 years of love. I don't remember the exact lines from first episode.
