Episode begins with Anika missing Shivaye and he is seen on the run missing Anika
shivika think of each other . anika dreams of their dream dance together as BG song plays ..."main yahaan hoon yahaan .."
she dreams shivaye tucking her into bed . she then wakes up and finds him missing . shivey is ee sleeping on a road side bench .
next morning Oberois watch TV news that famous businessman SSO was missing as he was accused of murdering his friend's wife . he did this as she refused his advances .
tej complains angrily that they were shamed by society , their shares had crashed , their hard earned reputation was destroyed in a day .
Jahanvi , Om Ru ask him to stop complaining that shivaye was innocent , they confront Tej .
they have angry exchanges .
reporters barge into OM
they bombard Oberois questions . OmRu retort back . mohit arrives and declares none could save Shivaye . he appeals the aam janta to help police catch shivaye who was on the run .he declares a prize amount of 20 lakhs for the informer of SSO .
SSO is seen washing up at hotel's common washroom .he is noticed by some strangers who identify him . Shivaye covers his face with soap and escapes .
he over hears Hotel manager about Mohit booking room for his wife ..but next day he heard his wife was killed . as the waiter swipes shivaey's credit card they identify him . they inform police .
as shivaye wonders nancy was living with Mphit for whom did he book a room in hotel ??
shivaye escapes from police by creating hungama and takes look at room bookings ledger on the computer . he finds the room booked by MOhit . he manages to get those keys reaches the room .
bhavya is informed by police and she notices shivaey in hotel she tries to nab him but shivaye manages to dodge Bhavya cleverly .she asks entire team on the floor to nab shivaye .
At OM mohit is seen inside the room .. trying some of his magic , he fails to perform any tricks . he is seen missing Nancy . Anika comes to see him , he sends ANika away getting emotional for nancy .she is shocked to see this .SHe speaks in support of shivaye and asks him to nab the real culprit as shivaye was incapable of killing anyone . Anika and Mohit have confrontation n argument . she is sure shivaey will prove his innocence .

if that company refused to deal with oberois because of shivaey it would be big loss for them which Tej did not ant at any cost .taj disinherits shivaye and removes his name from the company's BOD
