Just now I saw yesterday's episode. The way Nandini behaved in the hospital I thought she lost her mind. The way she is smiling when Kunal opened his eyes, god for a second I thought she became mad.
She is becoming a hysteria patient. Maybe CVS trying to show Nandini becoming obsessed and mentally ill character
I don't think the abuse they are showing on Nandini is for sympathy but to show how it is effecting her mental status and how she is turning into obsessive and slowly violent
