It just reminded me of her irritating dialogue " hamara vishwass karo humeein kuch nahin pata chala kaise hota gaya

I noticed this line too ! And Nandini could see that Kunal woke up and didn't expect to see Nandini . Immediately the expression in her eyes changed and she said this line to reassure herself that Kunal is hers. Drashti does act with her eyes even though I really dislike the character. In her mind, he is her husband and her home and her life now because she doesn't have any identity of her own and needs to latch on to someone to give meaning/purpose to her existence.

How right Nandini was, it was a dream indeed. Now he can live in his nightmare. He deserves it. 😊 I loved the look of disappointment when he turned and saw it was her. Also did you notice the tone he uses with her and Mauli since the reveal. Like when he picked up Mauli's call there was this tenderness there that has been missing from when he talks to Nandini these days.
