Daayans can also do pooja's. As long as they dont harbor any negativity or any such emotions within themself i dont see a reason for why they would get repelled or turned away from one. By that logic even Ansh should not be able to do a Pooja since he is a half daayan right? What i am trying to say here is being a daayan should not be equated with being evil.

In that case why did she run away like a coward seeing Bappa ? She could have come in front of Bappa easily ? Why she hid and ran ? Simple. God is never with the evil.

About Ansh his Davansh side is still inactive. So he can touch Bappa and do arti. Once his davansh side is out I doubt if he can even stand in front of idols,
