BollywoodLife earlier reported about Bigg Boss 12 contestant Saurabh Patel's identity crisis. As per our reportage, the lad who called himself a farmer has lied about his name and profession. Saurabh was an assistant casting director in Mumbai and was known by the name Sahil Rameshwar Patel. A quick search on the internet with the name would give you all about Patel's acting work. To solicit the story, BollywoodLife got in touch with Patel's brother Suren Patel, who is currently in his village in Jabalpur. While exclusively talking to us, Suren sounded quite excited about his brother's participation in the show, however, was not aware of his other name. "His real name is Saurabh Patel, he answered our question. When we prodded him further he said, "Rameshwar Patel is my father's name. I don't know anyone who is Sahil. He also denied the possibility that Sahil could be his nickname. "He is known as Saurabh in the entire locality.
Suren who lives in a village named Barela kept mum regarding his professional queries. He continued, "He used to go to Mumbai and there he had few friends. Probably he must have introduced himself as Sahil to people over there. We are not aware of his other name. Talking about Saurabh's friendship with his partner Shivashish Mishra, with whom he walked into the house, the big brother says, "Shivashish is one of his closest friends. His sister was married in our area and he used to visit her. That is how their bond got stronger. Saurabh used to talk a lot about Shivashish. It is because of him, that Saurabh went Mumbai. The brother shed more light on the Bigg Boss 12 contestant. He said, "He always wanted to enter the limelight. He always had big dreams. Saurabh used to watch Bigg Boss. Once he told Shivashish that he wants to get into the show. He only pushed him (Saurabh) to audition for the show and has been a great support.
When asked how he is liking his brother on the show, Saurabh says, "I like everyone, not just him because he is my brother. But we are just very happy to see him on TV. It doesn't matter who wins. We are just proud that from farming he has got into this big show.
On parting note when we asked him who his favourite in the show is, he said, "Salman Khan.
