Okay in your post you said ..mouli was not giving time to kunal that's why kunal went to nandini . So my question is
was nandini spending time with him?
Was she supporting him emotionally?
Had she become his closest friend ?
Had they started bonding together ?
Whenever kunal felt alone , was nandini there with him ?
A big NO . These were not the reasons. He fell in love/lust with her only after watching her dancing in rain .
If he was alone , he should have fallen for someone was taking care of him , spending time with him , who didn't made him feel alone .
But even that reason is not enough to cheat on your wife who was your love of 7 yrs till a rain dancer didn't mesmerized you.
