This is what Aditya loves about Zoya:

That she's delicate but strong.

That she's sensitive but determined.

That she mature enough to differentiate between right and wrong.

Her immense trust on people she loves.

Her not-going-to-give-up attitude.

Her understanding and caring nature.

Her innocence. Her naivety.

Her honesty.

Her confidence.

Her beautiful heart.

And a lot more..

Plus the biggest one... her ability to relate to their past and empathise with him. Something that only those two can understand.

Adi loves Zoya ...because it was SHE who made him realise his imperfections...his mistakes. It was she like a catalyst who taught him to live again and build his feelings.

Yet another reason is Both went through an unfulfilled love and can only explore it together because its only They who can give each the love they truly deserve...and fight their loneliness.,.and fulfil what they lacked from their respective spouses.

If she had strong conscience she won't be emotionally cheating on Arshad. She is making fake promises to the guy.

She's not though...she's actually been fairly honest with him for the most part. She's told him to his face she cant love him (or anyone) due to trauma from her past, when she asked him to marry her he knew about Adi's love...he hasn't been in the dark about anything actually. He is still actively choosing to marry her.

The only thing she may have "fake promised" - if you want to call it that - is committing to the engagement.

But he's also a bit of a dumb dumb to not see the love between Adiya and respectfully how out. So yeah, I dont blame Zoya is she's got an active, unintuitive bloke who is willingly playing along.

Zoya is the most confused female who has loose opinions on morals and values although she herself is not a characterless gal

She ready to marry when thinking about other man always shows what kind if low opinion she has on marriage

And paak rishta on ema tells her about her values

Better aadhi gets rid of such he is in her life .already that pooja .characterless female who got preg with lover while still in marriage is enough for him

If pooja does not like aadhi why the he'll she did not tell him AND DID A DISGUSTING ACT OF GETTING PREG WITH LOVER God did justice for such a cheater
