Adiya angst is a magnet to the viewers and the CVs are making the best of JenShad chemistry. This is appreciated by the audience however they are treading on dangerous territories if dark love story is what they have in mind. As someone mentioned Aditya is being turned into a borderline obsessive lover and Zoya herself mentioned his 'pagalpan'. The undercurrent is intense and the symbolisms are apt for an all consuming passionate love story. His madness is reflected in his resistance to Waseem Siddiqui and her physical frailness is an embodiment of her internal turmoil. It is almost like his passion for her cosumes both of them. It is aesthetically beautiful but the CVs need to handle it with utmost sensitivity.
They should avoid over indulgence and smarter still shift to other tracks such as Shakshi and Poosh murder.
Good luck CVs.

Great post!

I couldn't agree more, this kind of obsessive love story has its dark side, and I can't say enough how much a lot of us have emotionally invested ourselves to this show. Delving into the dark side of this kind of love has so many repercussions. Its not that abnormal but Adi just can't back off!

She will get it if he stays away but keeps texting for example. She should read his SMS's or via Noor a constant reminder. But i for one crave their scenes and intensity. Just have to make sure its a laughable loveable love angle.

The episodes are not bad actually it's just that it looks emotionally exhausting for both the viewers and actors.
On a lighter note JenShad are such good actors that they have made the pain come alive. Expressionless actors hote toh everything would have run smoothly.🤣

Thank you dear. Yes, he should not completely back off but needs to slow down a lot. His desperation is justified as he wants her not to repeat her past mistake and also wants her to be with him. But today he was a little too assertive in front of Arshad's parents.

I actually liked his cockiness in front of all the parents. He's in love with Zoya and he doesn't care who knows.
He has everything to lose. He's going to fight for his girl.
I don't know if any of you have seen Gossip Girl. But Aditya is not as bad as Chuck Bass. He was more of a bad boy and way darker than Aditya. But Chuck and Blair were still everyone's favourites.
I'm actually loving this week's episode. Love the interaction and they both act so so well.
Makes the viewers completely involved with the show.
Not had many experiences like that especially with Indian dramas.

I'm also enjoying these episodes I think after years of watching English and American soaps where the main characters don't get together for years 😭 I've got used to the whole idea of this, because the satisfaction when they do get together is so good.
I'm enjoying the fact that there's a fight not only with people but also themselves.
I've mentioned this before but I also feel like that Aditya's fighting for a reason to live because he's mentioned before that he doesn't see a future without her, without Zoya he has no reason to live.

Totally agree! Watching american/English shows really builds your patience when it comes to shipping 😆.

Sometimes they take SEASONS to get together, sometimes you wait full show and nothing happens and sometimes one or the other simply die. Atleast in Indian shows its a given leads will be together most of the time

Chuck and Blair were a favorite because there was a spark in the way their story was written, a certain kind of quirkiness. Aditya and Zoya's story is nice but at the moment, there is darkness; I am not finding humour. Zoya is just making plain stupid decisions to prove her point. For me, if Zoya called this engagement off and took some time to think her decision through- it would make more sense and also I think the track could have been made on a lighter note.

The characters are switching too many ways. What was the point of showing an independent and empowered ZOya, when within a few backs she just went back to just going under people's pressure?

I am a sucker for dark love stories but I had enough of what I saw yesterday. BP was never a dark love story. But makers are deliberately turning it into one shoving it down our throats. If Adi's pagalpan was on show for just Zoya or Waseem it was still ok. But Arshad's parents? What have they done to endure all of this? Adi has literally crossed all limits n though some might rejoice it's mohabbat ka junoon n whatever crap it is, the track is getting unbearable.
