Need help on talaq and remarriage

As we all have seen Zabir have 2 talaq and 1 more pending. They are getting remarried but I don't know if they will show kabir getting married and then go to Dubai or he gonna go there first and come back with that chudail

How much time they have to get remarried before they will be divorced completely

Now everyone knows Rukhsar gonna create havoc in their life. Many of us are worried Zeenat will force kabir to marry Rukhsar. When can she get remarried as her she is a widow now

this one is a little tricky so bear with me . When a man devorced a woman he has the idda period to cancel the devorce making them a married couple again but that devorce still counts as the first strike against him . Should something happen and he says I divorce you again to his wife that is talaq number two ( strike two ) within the idda period if he changes his mind he can consummate the marriage but needs to say he revoked the devorce infront of witnesses so people know he took her back and they are still a married couple. Life happened and the man said I divorce you a third time that's it game over! Unless she married someone else and the marriage failed making the new husband devorce her on his own will or dies that's when she is able to go back to the first husband or marry anyone else.

Here is where things are a little tricky and please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong . To the best of my understanding
If a man devorced his wife and doesn't revoke his marriage before idda is over they are devorced she is free . if he wishes to be with her again and she agrees they can remarry after any period of time even if it's ten years . Same can happen after a second devorce if they change there mind later on and wish to be together they would have to perform a new nikah ( marriage contract) and be married once again if he devorced her after that second talaq he no longer has the option to remarry her she is moharam for him .
Idda is a period for the couple to reconsider their decision to separate if they reconsider before the period is over they stay husband and wife if it ends they are free of each other they may chose to remarry or marry someone else as long as it's not the third talaq she is still an option for him if she wants it

They're in the second waiting period which is 30 days just as it was for the first talaq. I really wanted them to be married before Kabeer goes over to Dubai.

So he is in strike one right now, ( even if he gave her two talaq) and they can still remain married even if they fail to remarry or consummate their marriage within next 30 days.

He is on strike two now as talaq has been pronounced twice now the second time was the weird conditional one seen for the first time he gambled with his marriage saying if he failed to prove Zara's innocence he devorces her . Now they have two talq's between them Zara wished to have a nikah to renew their marriage and have witnesses to their love for one another so they didn't consummate their marriage today. If for what ever reason he fails to consummate the marriage before this idda passes they will remain devorced no longer man and wife but they still have the option to marry by having a new nekah at anytime if she isn't married to anyone else.

As far as i know they need to reconcile before the 3 months are completed otherwise they are divorced

Hopefully no polygamy either please spare us the headache
