Who is the man and gitl staring ath the storm over the residence tower.

What responsibility have they assigned to piya

They are Piya's father and sister. They don't know that Piya is their family as her mother had taken her away when she was a kid. They are hunters while Piya is a protector of Ansh. Ansh is hypnotized by Witches Mohanaand Ruby. Mohana is his mother while Vedashree has raised him. She wants to protect Ansh by marrying him to a Daivik, but is hypnotized by Ruby and Mohana that Ruby is the Daivik. But the original Daivik is Piya. She is raised by Guruma with whom Divya, her mother and Vedashree''s friend left her. Divya had captured Mohanaand Vedashree doesn't know that Piya is Divya's daughter and is the protector she is searching for.
