When we are talking about clothes tell me who's paying for Nandini's dresses? She didn't go back to Rajdeep's place to get her clothes, she sold her mother's jewelry to pay down payment of her house, how is she always dressed in designer Saree and heavy jewelry?
I don't bother otherwise but lately I am hating the colour coordination . And the three of them , whenever they are together, standing or walking , seems like the makers are trying to give an impression of a mythological photo..ganpati bappa with riddhi and siddhi. Hey bhagwan! I wish I could post the pictures

I love all the dresses of Mauli & Nandi. For Nandini i love all the colors except tat weird brown thingy she wore in Goa. I esp loved tat Green & Black combo. I dint like any1's costumes on the day of Mauli's bro's wedding. Everything frm the dresses 2 the wakeup 2 the jewellery were ott.I absolutely hate everything tat Kunal wears & no tats got nothing 2 do with the character. I hate the colors he wears & his lipstick. I think initially his dresses were gud. Now its all pink, purple etc which i hate on men ๐คข Honestly I find Rajdeep better dressed & better looking. Again tis purely based on the dresses & not the characters.

I have always had a problem with this over-glamorization of everything. It is a flaw with almost all the Hindi shows, except for maybe Crime Petrol and Saavdhan India?๐ I understand that some sort of visual appeal is required. But then they are already casting super good looking actors. I am sure they wouldn't look all that bad with a little less make-up ๐
When they design the look of the characters, shouldn't they be keeping in mind the personality, lifestyle and the situation in life of these characters? I can't really relate to any of the leads' clothes except for may be Mauli's, even then, not all the time.Kunal's stylishly cut suits somehow doesn't go with the personality and profession of his character. A doctor who wants to treat the poor and who hates working for these five-star, boutique type hospitals, strutting about in hot, stylish suits.๐In Nandini's case again, her extremely made up look, neither goes with her financial situation in life nor her mental state. She is dressed elegantly and impeccably in every frame, with not a hair our of place, doesn't matter whether she is sitting at home/cooking/cleaning or going out. It takes away from the overall feel of her character. I would have much preferred to see her in simple suits and saris, with her lovely curly hair. Dhrashti would have looked so beautiful and I would have related to her character better.Baaki, Mumbai does look like a green haven and it makes me want to live in a place like that.
