Alia Bhatt to undergo rigorous Kathak training to match steps with Mad

Well, this is one song that we're really
excited about. Alia Bhatt will feature in a
song with Madhuri Dixit in Kalank', and
if reports are to be believed, it will be a
classical dance number. Knowing Alia,
we are sure that she will give it her
best shot in order match steps with an
accomplished Kathak dancer like
Madhuri.
In an interview with DNA, a source
revealed, "An elaborate number
featuring the two will be shot soon. The
team is working on getting everything
in place for the shoot. It's a classical
song, which will reflect the era that the
film is set in.
Alia will need to undergo rigorous
training for the number, as she has
never featured in a classical dance
number before. For this, she trained
under Pandit Birju Maharaj (who taught
Madhuri as well).
Alia is having the time of her life with
her boyfriend and Brahmastra' co-star,
Ranbir Kapoor. Professionally too, she is
riding high on the success of Raazi'
which was appreciated by critics and
audiences alike. As far as her upcoming
projects are concerned, Alia has her
plate full with some promising movies.
She will be seen in Zoya Akhtar's Gully
Boy' alongside Ranveer Singh, Ayan
Mukerji's Brahmastra' alongside Ranbir
Kapoor and Abhishek Varman's multi-
starrer film Kalank' alongside Madhuri
Dixit, Varun Dhawan, Aditya Roy Kapur
and a host of other actors.
