In that episode Zoya bashes adi for giving Mahi all wrong signals and finally rejecting her and breaking her heart .. So Zoya knows about all these signals .. Then why isn't she able see the love Aditya has for her ? I think Aditya should do things to Zoya that he did with Mahi to make her realise i guess...

Come on Aditya... Stop flirting with zoya's ammi and start doing it with Zoya, see her with intensity filled eyes, keep running behind her... Leave ur goody goody way of proposing . Make her realise with ur khurafati dimag Wala idea...
