If in real I know mauli I would have support her bcs I would have seen things from her pov...If I know nandini I would have seen things from her side and would support her and if I know kunal than will see things from his pov...it's simple I would have support the person close to me but that not means other person is totally evil...evey coin have two side in real we only choose to see one side but here in the show they are showing you both the side and that's why people not able to accept the show
