While I appreciate the speeches of humanity and what each faith teaches. I found it quite distasteful how the 'Hindus' were portrayed as being logical after Aditya reasoned with them. Yet with Zoya, a group of Muslim men against women and children and one Muslim man were barbaric and cruel. When the women and the Muslim guy defended themselves they were regarded as heroes.
I'm peeved about how Islam is always portrayed as a faith of oppression, barbaric and inhumane. Was it necessary? Why couldn't the CVs do they same with the group of men? Or was it with Arshad goons have logic and with Zoya she needs to be saved? I would have loved when Zoya spoke to them they complied and decided to help...It's quite disappointing from a religious pov and quite sexist.

Portraying these type of message via shows which goes international feeds the negative perception of the faith.I am not from India, so if this really occurs there then I publicly announce that Islam isn't about wars, bombs and hurting innocent people. In fact there are more Muslim victims in Palestine,Yemen,Libya etc who face riots and death.

Most religious wars have political inclinations to divide nations and conquer. Thanks for your time and space.

It's a very dicey topic . Actually nothing to do with Hindu or Muslim at all, these guys blend current affairs with their episodes. Recently there were riots in Maharashtra regarding reservations for Marathas , caste issues and all of a sudden some men came over and asked us to shut our classes ( we a group of pct tutors ). sometimes in Mumbai if trains are late then too there are riots close to railway stations.
Many of Bollywood films are pretty gross and show reality to the extreme..

Slums are Integral part of Mumbai and everyone tends to have stress ,Most of the fights start with kids and then adults come in between. Then what is bottled in comes out.

In the first place whether Hindu or Muslim , I don't think anyone will question a doctor as to whom he is treating. I don't know , as long I have existed and lived amongst different cultures , I have never experienced such a situation
it's mostly the doctors negligence or lack of empathy which patients target and create chaos ( government hospitals , doctors are hard hit in such situations bcos they have to become warriors and it isnt easy).

Yes slum lords usually provoke such situations for their benefit and people tend be inhumane. Moreover it's the day to day struggle and their problems which is the root cause of all evil. Drugs , illicit liquor is easily available. This causes oppression and religion has no role to play .

Situation which is shown in Bharat Nagar slums is very common irrespective of Hindu, Muslim, , Dalits and Christians as people can easily get provoked there. Hospital scenario also possible but for reasons other than religion.

Bepannaah is a show which rises above all these issues, after almost six mnths they are showing how a very meek Zoya can rise above the ashes and defend not only her but others too. It's just not expressing her concern for Adi, she was clueless about the world and it's a lesson for Aditya Hooda to grow up. Pooja was right, Aditya aap kab bade hoge

My reply may not be the answer to your post, just giving a picture of my city and how people can react when situations flare up. Apart from everything , Mumbai is a place which never sleeps, next days the city or many of them whether they face natural calamities or anything else go.back to.work and their lives. Yes we want to live in peace rather than fight.

Hey even I am a Muslim and non Indian but honestly that thing which you mentioned didn't really bother me much because I was very happy with Zoya's dialogues, she acted as a true Muslim telling about how Islam is all about peace and how she would sacrifice herself to save the Innocents, that was what was represented as a Muslim. Moreover I think as Zoya is the main character her words and actions will have more impact on the audience rather than the characters' which don't even matter and Zoya's potrayal of a Muslim girl was just perfect it didn't create any negativity about my religion so I think I would like to applaud the CVs for showing what Islam actually believes in through Zoya. And as I am a non indian I actually don't know about their scenarios are but I think Harshadholic explained it pretty well so the episode today was quite realistic and didn't convey any wrong message imo.

All double standards.. here.when a rajput women covers her face it's her pride, when a Muslim women covers her face she is oppressed...wow
