Well I don't think there is any accurate statistics.
But if we go by BOI, she and Karishma Kapoor have 13 Hits each, with Kajol 3rd with 12, Kareena fourth with 11 and Deepika and Priyanka being tied fifth with 10 each.

But this stats counts only records from 1994, hence not a great reference, as we don't have much compiled data about the early times.

There is a huge chance the early eras actress of 1950s and 1960s or Hema Malini/Mumtaz might have better stats.
