Nowadays ISA is missing Logic...
OK we understand everything can't be so PERFECT... But TOO MUCH LOPE HOLES...
I have a feeling that the Divorce Track is again gonna be stretched. But its too much dragged already...
I don't understand why this track... May be to show the solidarity of Kabeer during the difficult times of Zara...
Kabeer Character was butchered and he earned hatred from many of us in this Divorce. But before the Divorce track he told that he would prefer to die rather being a witness against Zara. May be May be to validate that we are getting this track.
Everyone is against Kabeer being a Kazi... Me too... He still needs to be Polished and Tamed... LOng way to go...
Lets Do a Small Investigation on this Case.
Though Zara did a Grave mistake of Leaving Nilofer On the Road. She is Clearly out of this Murder case already...
1. The accusation is that She left her On the Road when she is Injured...Clear from the beginning...
2. Nilofer was already Stabbed by someone. So the Murderer is someone else... Zara didnt take her to the Hospital... So the investigation has to be directed like Who stabbed her ?
3. When Nilofer was Stabbed She Called Zara for Help... It means that Nilofer Trusted Zara... Basic Psychology If a Person call someone when they are battling for their life means either they trust that person too much or Love them too much. Here Nilofer Trusted Zara. It also means NIlofer had something important to tell Zara before she dies. Purpose of the call is very important.
4. Nilofer didn't die because of Stabbing or because of Zara's Negligence. So Zara is Cleared from this case already. The cause of death is because of Poison. So the person who gave poison is the real killer. The Killer is the real enemy for Zara.
5. Another important Psychology. My dad always say that. FYI My dad is a Senior Council Advocate. The person who try to blame others are the first person on whom Police place their doubts. Probably that person could be the Accused 1. Its a psychology of the Criminal to save his ass by blaming others and trying to divert.
6. Here its Zeenath. As per the Police Psychology its absolutely Zeenath. Though she may have Personal vengeance on Zara. In front of the Police Officer she accused Zara of Murder even before he started his investigation. Zeenath was hasty in placing the blame and accusing Zara especially in front of the media.
7. She is saying everything as if she was there in the spot. If the police officer Cross Zeenath it would be super fun.
8. I know its a TV show and they are bringing DRAMA element. But so LOGIC... This Social Media Buzz and all that Police will not Take into consideration on their investigation... They First get their FIR...First Information Report. Thats what Zeenath Drama... So here its Clear...
9. Next Postmortem Report. The cause of Death is Poison. Who gave the Poison. Again Police Logic.100% its not Zara. Already Zara is accused for Nilofer Situation. So that would bring more trouble to her if Nilofer dies. So Zara would be first person who never ever want Nilofer to die so as to get out of this mess.
10. Who did this .. Potential Suspects. No.1 Zeenath. As per police theory. Because its pretty obvious that Zeenath accused Zara. And she predicted that if Nilofer Dies then Zara would be called a Murderer. So who wanted this. Obviously Zeenath. In my opinion Zeenath invited Trouble by doing this.
11. A burka Women who did this. In the hospital Scene Zara didnt wear Burka rather Zeenath was wearing Burka. It could be anyone may be some other person from Miraj side could have done this. But Zeenath invited Trouble for her by giving enough hints to Police.
12. Zeenath could be easily accused on this case by even by bringing her past deeds and animosity on Zara. Ruksar wedding cancellation so Zeenath had enemity with Zara. Zara's case on Ruksar for murder attempt. So it could have be directed in a way that Zeenath did this to revenge Zara.
I wish this happens... Zeenath needs to pay back and she shoukd be punished for her deeds... This is a wonderful chance... Its over 120 episodes... Zeenath should have her pay back ...Close the account Balance... We can have the Opening Balance and Carry Forwards...;)
Few More Points to add...
1. Nilofer called Zara to Give clue on Wasim case... and she insisted to save Abidha while she was dying her murder attempt is associated with that...So Wasim is somewhere (actually) connected in this entire Murder... Very high Chances that Wasim Should be brought under Police custody...
2. Where is Nilofer Phone. If she has called Zara after she was stabbed then the phone should be with her somewhere.
3. Nilofoer's Other calls has be tracked. Especially the one's before getting stabbed. Nilofer is again a Partner in Kabeer's Business. She was disguised as Miraj's sister. Miraj and Kabeer have enmity and they have court case over the institute...
4. Connection between Miraj and Nilofer has to be investigated. Ruksar's Friend Planted by Ruksar. So Fingers easily point towards Zeenath...
