Mouni Roy.. hands down..

Priyanka's lips are still proportionate given her face size...

But Mouni, Oh God!!! what has she done to herself... It is her just lips that stand out in all her pics... She used to be so beautiful and did not need to undergo those procedures...

Hope her acting chops will still be good enough to sustain in Bollywood.
