I found 20-year-old Deepika with a 42-year-old SRK in OSO weird (still watchable though because there weren't any OTT scenes) but if they were to work together again now that she's 32 and he's 54 it wouldn't look as bad.

The only pairing that I found uncomfortable to watch was Sanjay and Prachi in Policegiri. Looked like he was romancing his daughter.

It's not uncomfortable provided that the leads don't get too intimate onscreen. Having said that, I do think that the chemistry suffers as a result of the age gap. I can't think of any old hero- young heroine pairing that had bona fide romantic chemistry.

It's OK even in Hollywood. It looks odd to see them romancing after 45 as they turn up with wrinkles dancing and singing songs and romancing younger heroines. I still remember the scene in The Dirty Picture where Nazaruddin who was aged had a mother of about 20 years 😔
